This hotel is super pet-friendly, which is great – you can bring your furry friends along. They're really understanding, but do keep in mind that pets can't be left alone in the room; they need to go out with you. There's a parking lot right next to the hotel with plenty of spaces, so parking is a breeze. The rooms are also spotless. The guy at the front desk was really enthusiastic and gave us lots of great tips for sightseeing. Definitely excellent value for money.

The entrance isn't what you'd typically expect from a hotel; my husband arrived before me and, not having seen photos, spent quite some time looking around before finding the main entrance. But I absolutely love this style, from the interior decor and layout to the overall ambiance. The subtle, lingering scent of agarwood in the lobby creates a serene and tranquil comfort. We immediately decided to extend our stay for another night. The room was immaculate, with clean, soft linens and Pien Tze Huang toiletries, all reflecting a high standard of quality. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They not only upgraded our room for the second night but also, when it was pouring rain outside, thoughtfully suggested we swap our small umbrella for a larger, sturdier hotel one, which was very touching. The tea room on the second floor, with its self-service tea setup, is a lovely spot for a relaxed chat – so cozy, we almost didn't want to go out sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the ancient street, about a 7-minute taxi ride, and roughly 20 minutes from the high-speed rail station.

定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了

The room was fairly clean, but the soundproofing was quite poor. There were noisy guests coming back late at night, laughing and chatting loudly. The innermost room on the west side faces a BBQ stall outside the window. It's usually not too busy on weekdays, but it can get quite loud during holidays like Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. On the other side, facing the street, there are a few bars that operate until 4 AM. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider. On a positive note, there was a lovely lady at the front desk with excellent service. She helped open doors and changed pillows, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located for walking to the ancient town, and across the street, you'll find local snacks like Zeng Ji Zongzi and Deng Shuigen Braised Delicacies.

I booked this hotel for my road trip, and the value for money is absolutely incredible! They have a dedicated parking lot that's free, spacious, well-organized, and fully covered by surveillance, so parking is safe and hassle-free – no more wasting time driving around looking for a spot. The breakfast was another huge surprise; both Chinese and Western options were plentiful. The Chinese congee, noodles, buns, and fried dough sticks tasted authentic, while the Western bread, coffee, and salads were fresh and delicious, catering perfectly to all tastes. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities – plenty of hot water and good soundproofing, making for a truly pleasant stay. The staff were warm and responsive. To get this kind of quality at this price point truly exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends who travel by car!

The ground floor is very expansive, and having breakfast there is quite comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and they even offer authentic Zhangzhou specialty breakfasts, which shows real thoughtfulness. In other hotels, I usually only get steamed sweet potatoes for breakfast, but here I had roasted ones for the first time – very considerate! Highly recommended! I used to think that foreign-owned five-star hotel chains paid more attention to detail. However, I'm starting to believe that, like other industries, the future holds opportunities for local hotel brands. Chinese people better understand the personalized needs of other Chinese people, and local operations have an inherent advantage that will surpass foreign brands in the future. However, there's a small detail I'd like to kindly bring to the hotel management's attention: I took my two children to the swimming pool on the fourth floor in the afternoon. I estimated there were about 30 children in the adult pool. Although there were parents, there was only one lifeguard, and that lifeguard was eating in a corner for over 15 minutes. This is extremely dangerous and poses a significant safety hazard. So, beyond the basic excellent service that garners good reviews, it's crucial to meet five-star standards even in unseen, subtle areas. This is where the progress in the differences between Chinese and Western management truly lies.

The hotel offers a thoughtful shuttle service. Located right next to Zhangzhou Ancient City's Confucius Temple, the hotel has an old-world charm, and you can easily explore the ancient city on foot, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room was meticulously clean, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, and its facilities are comprehensive. Although I didn't get to experience the hot springs, my overall stay was excellent. It's definitely a worthwhile place to stay for a trip to Zhangzhou.

This is a newly opened Siheyuan (courtyard) hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the private bathroom was spotless. There's a hot spring downstairs, though the water wasn't quite hot enough. Its location within the old town makes it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing.

Right from the moment we stepped out of the car, a concierge enthusiastically opened the door, helped with our luggage, and escorted us to the lobby. I especially want to thank the front desk for upgrading our room during the May Day holiday and even letting us choose our preferred room. They also made sure the room was spotless, which it was. We received complimentary welcome fruit (and I have to say, it was incredibly fresh!). The cleaning staff were also fantastic; even though we didn't touch the mini-bar drinks, they restocked them for us the next day. The service across all departments was truly excellent!👍
