昨晚將近19時下單訂房，凌晨零點多才到店，酒店位置好找，前台客服靚女服務熱情有耐心，幫我們解決下單平台出錯問題，使我們能夠快速順利入住。感謝前台靚女！酒店房間乾淨，環境安靜，物品整潔衞生，空調運轉完好，房間有飄窗台，一大早起來打開窗邊欣賞街景和聊天，熱水設施完好出水快，希望下次再來入住酒店。

第二次住這個酒店，也是最後一次住這個酒店了。先説給1分的有點吧，去濱海大道比較近衹有3公里，附近有兩個商場、燒蠔幫和蠔爺也在附近。再説不好的地方吧，酒店位置相鄰一箇中石化油站，搞不清楚當中是怎麼回事，鬧市中竟然有加油站，而且相隔衹有3、4米距離；登記入住時跟服務員半開玩笑説我這是第二次住這個酒店能不能幫我免費升級個房間呀服務員很熱真斬釘截鐵地説：不可能，要升級你就加錢。我又問另外一個老員工，並説房間空着也是空着能否幫我免費升個級呀？得到的答覆還是不行，加錢吧！我也是挺無語的。你就不能婉轉地説不好意思，今天沒有房間了。這樣起碼讓顧客聽起來也比較舒服啊，所以説湛江要成為旅遊城市還是很多不足要學習啊！酒店設施比較老舊，地毯很多被煙頭燒爛的地方看起來臟臟的，異味非常重，白天沒有熱水要到晚上才有熱水且水龍頭設施非常爛都無法支撐水龍頭了，估計這個酒店的經理重來也不到現場的吧！廁所沒有排氣扇這個很奇葩，上完廁所異味無法忍受；最最讓人受不了的是一開空調房間的噪音馬上到100分貝以上了，像開拖拉機的聲音，兩個晚上睡覺前都把空調關了，半夜被熱醒，太糟心的酒店了，這是最後一次住這個酒店了！

位置很好找，就在人民大道主幹道上。房間乾淨，塌塌米房間比較有情調，就是燈光有點暗。沖涼房設計比較獨特，乾濕不分離。但服務員態度非常好。 靠近百姓村，晚上吃宵夜也挺方便的。

衞生狀況極差，枕頭，被套都有污漬，反饋給前台，等了半小時都沒有反應，最後親自到前台，還要加微信發圖片才處理，最後更換房間，但是新房間空調控制器按鍵都掉了，最後勉強使用。一次非常差的住宿體驗。差評。

前台和房間的服務很到位，房間衞生很舒適、潔凈。就是公共區域（樓道、餐廳）沒有提供冷氣，讓人感覺悶熱喘不過氣。早餐很差，提供的餐點實在是單一，無味。讓人不敢恭維！

第一次入住他家，前台小姐姐們很熱情周到，房間也很寬敞乾淨，還幫忙免費升級了房間，有停車場免費停車，出入方便，在前台購買了一份早餐，有我喜歡吃的，滿意！
