The receptionist was very helpful. I came here for a half Marathon race and therefore requested a late check-out as I might feel exhausted and need a nap after the race. The receptionist was very kind and gave me a late check out at 3 pm.

Breakfast started at 7:30am, entered at 7:30am, light is off , food is not ready, wait till 8:15am, still no hot meal,service is bad, staff is not trained, need to improve for sure .

I'm very glad to stay at The Radisson Hotel. I like the style of the hotel, fashion, strong sense of design. The service of the front desk is very good, especially GSM PeiPei, a very professional and thoughtful girl. Detailed introduction of the hotel's entertainment and dining, but also recommended nearby attractions and cuisine. Although the epidemic has affected the hotel's business, the hotel's service quality has not been affected at all. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends, come back. See you next time, RED( Radisson).
