It is quite convenient to drive there because there is a parking lot next to it. The hotel is next to the elevated road, so I specially noted that I wanted a quiet room and was given a room on the other side. I didn't expect that there were many large machines on the roof vents below, which were also quite noisy. The room was generally large and tidy. The breakfast was generally less varied, not as good as the Holiday Inn Express Luoyang where I stayed the night before.

This is a very good hotel ,very comfortable room and bed.The bathroom has all washing facilities ,the room cleaner miss wang has good observation and care the clients .Breakfast is delicious ,including Chinese and Europe style. The reception three staffs is perfect， sincere and polite to customers ,李汶遙，劉若楠，劉昆，They are good cooperation team.They lookafter the client friendly and care.Especially 李汶遙 she treat customers very careful like a family junior .she is pretty and lovely in my mind.👍👍🌹🌹.I would come again. The window need to clean although she treated me in a higher flat .still good for watching far but not good for looking close .Maybe l am too picky ,this is another department job.

The hotel is very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station. It takes about 35 minutes to drive to ”Only Henan” from here, and it is also convenient to get on the highway. The hotel facilities are okay and there are enough parking spaces in the basement. I booked a parent-child room. In fact, a door was opened between the two rooms and it became a connecting room. One large bed and two small beds perfectly meet the needs of a family of four. The hot water is fast and large. The room rate on the first day of the Qingming Festival holiday is very cost-effective. In addition, the hotel's breakfast buffet is rich in variety and very hygienic. The overall feeling is that the quality control is in place and stable. Special thanks to the front desk staff Xiao Li and Xiao Jia. I forgot something on the day of check-out and quickly contacted them to retrieve it. High praise 👍

Compared with other Holiday Inn Express hotels, the service is obviously not at the same level. Before checking in, I called to arrange a king-size bed room and was told that I had been upgraded. I was quite happy at the time. When I arrived at the hotel, I was arranged on the 14th floor. After confirming the order, I originally booked a twin bed, 10-15th floor, but I was not upgraded. As a result, the twin bed was sold out. Why did they just tell me directly? Why did they use upgrade to trick me? The breakfast was the same. The breakfast ticket was not checked at the door. When I entered, the auntie asked if I had given the ticket. It was chaotic and much worse than the Four Seasons. The room was not big, the bedding was good, the hygiene was good, the pillow was not very comfortable, and there was no choice of pillows. The location is a certain distance from the center, but it is still convenient to drive by yourself.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Zhengzhou for a night after arriving late from the airport. Overall, the hotel was good—clean and comfortable. However, the location wasn’t very convenient, as there weren’t many markets nearby for grocery shopping. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. But for a short stay, it was a decent choice.

The hotel has a grand appearance and a Holiday Inn Express style. Free hot white fungus soup was provided at the front desk when I checked in on February 14th (it was not available when I checked out on the morning of February 15th). It may be because business is so good during the Chinese New Year. Travel During the peak season, there were many people going to Songshan Shaolin Temple. It was impossible to arrange the rooms of my friend and I on the same floor. Although the front desk printed the room cards and gave them to us around 15:25 in the afternoon, the two rooms were not completely tidied up. , The quilt in one room did not have a quilt cover, the tissue box in the other room was not arranged and there was still water in the water glass, and the pillows did not have pillowcases.
