房子很不錯，需要的娛樂設施都有，投影 麻將 茶室是我們遊玩的必備三大設施，晚上休息也能聚在一起玩，廚房設施也很全，做飯完全沒問題，最主要的是房東非常熱情，有問題隨時都能解決！

無意中看到的，抱着試試看的心態定了兩天，店內環境和設施跟網上圖片基本無差別。房東小姐姐熱情周到、有求必應… 屋內設施齊全、乾淨整潔。可做飯、可燒烤、可游泳、可k歌、可飲茶談心……很適合好友、家庭聚會。

管家小芳姐姐人超好，端午還送來了熱騰騰的粽子，有問題及時給予解決，讓人心裏很温暖，房子整體挺乾淨，每個房間都有獨立衞生間，晚上和家人一起燒烤，整體很開心的一次旅遊。

房子裝修簡約素雅，生活用品一應俱全，一樓書架很多書，廚房有各種調味料
房東姐姐人很好，不管什麼時間發消息都秒回。第一天晚上到的很晚，房東怕我們餓肚子，還準備了掛麪，非常感謝。
出門100米就有幾家早餐店，生活也很方便。

這個民宿真的超級推薦，房東特別好，還送了一個菜，小區環境優美 而且每個房間都有衞生間，特別適合幾個家庭出來玩，而且價格也不貴，性價比很高，約幾個好友小住幾日特別舒服。總之很推薦！！！

出差來鄭州，已經是第二次入住了，本來是想選兩套的，但是有一套已經租出去了，進門第一眼感覺很温馨，很適合多人聚會或公司團建，管家姐姐人很nice，非常熱情，回覆非常快，有問題也可以很快解決，下次來還會選擇這裏。
一些小建議：如果基礎裝修有些地方可以維護一下就更好了
