Nice location, nearby the city centre, very clean, quite! (which is extremely important), very friendly and always willing to help personnel. Didn't regret booking at all! Would highly recommend.

Good location, easy to get transport. Eateries nearby and there is also a supermarket nearby. Hotel has a nice library area where complimentary coffee and tea are served .

I recently traveled to Zhengzhou and stayed at Supu Hotel three times. I was very satisfied. The lady who received her was kind and kind. Because there were elderly people, she specially arranged a quiet and spacious room for us. It was a great experience.
The hotel has a new Chinese-style design, an elegant environment, clean and sanitary, and a large tea room and reading area in the middle. Dad liked it very much and sat there reading for a long time. The next two times, my parents checked in by themselves. Thank you to the lady at the front desk for her patient reception.

First of all, the room we booked for 189 was no longer available. The lady upgraded us to a suite for free the day before yesterday, which was a pleasant surprise. However, when we opened the door, it was completely different from the suite we expected.
