The waters around Zhoushan have been so blue lately! I booked this hotel for a friend because I've personally stayed here several times before. Its location is super convenient – just about a five-minute drive from the airport, and the Putuoshan ferry terminal is right across the street. It's also close to the beach. The hotel staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I truly hope they continue to maintain such high standards!

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb, right opposite the ferry terminal, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for taking the boat to Putuo Mountain, and there are plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. You can even spot the 'Little Potala Palace,' a popular photo spot, directly across from the hotel! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the front desk service was also excellent. It's an excellent choice for family trips!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I honestly thought it would be pretty average, but I was incredibly surprised upon arrival! The hotel is huge, the environment is superb, and the rooms are also generously sized. My stay experience was absolutely fantastic. The main highlight is its location directly opposite the ferry terminal for Mount Putuo – it couldn't be more convenient!

Facilities: The light on the makeup mirror was broken, making the entire room feel quite dim. Even with all the lights on, the room remained poorly lit. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was not ideal during our stay. I found a long strand of hair under the table, and the room's window was covered in smudges. Professional Travel Photography Service: Did not get to experience this. Service: Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. We arrived at 8:30 AM, and there was fruit and cereal spilled all over the tables. The pickled vegetables for the noodle station were also scattered everywhere. Nobody bothered to clean it up; it was a complete mess. By 9:00 AM, my child wanted some milk, but there wasn't a single drop left, and no one replenished it. It was really unappetizing and made for a very poor experience. Robot Service: The robot service couldn't deliver takeout; it could only bring hotel slippers and toothbrushes. I still had to go downstairs myself to pick up my food delivery, which made the robot feel completely useless. It's truly frustrating. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a negative review.

Everything else was satisfactory, but the parking situation was a major flaw. On Saturday, before parking, I had specifically confirmed that Car Park P2 was the hotel's designated partner lot. However, after driving in, the on-site security staff kept directing me to a small parking area at the foot of a nearby hill, which meant I had to drive in and then out of P2 again. I specifically noted that the pay station at this small car park also displayed 'Yue Lai Hotel Car Park,' so I naturally assumed I was parked correctly. Since I was only staying one night (Sunday evening), I knew complimentary parking was limited to 24 hours, and I fully expected to pay the 64 RMB parking fee myself. That Saturday evening, still feeling uneasy, I decided to double-check. The security guard then informed me that the small car park *did not* accept hotel parking vouchers. Annoyed, I returned from the island that evening and spoke with the security staff again to get their supervisor's number. We agreed I would call the supervisor when leaving the next day to resolve the issue. I then went back to the hotel and reported the problem to the front desk. The front desk staff confirmed it was a known 'bug' and assured me they had already coordinated with parking management. They told me I simply needed to present my hotel parking voucher the next day and pay for one day's parking. At that point, I thought everything was resolved. The next morning, upon check-out, I headed to the car park exit with my voucher, only to face the same problem: the on-site security guard refused to accept it. So there I was, stuck at the exit, forced to call their supervisor *again* for intervention. After a significant amount of hassle, I was finally allowed to exit. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the entire experience was extremely frustrating. I wasted a significant amount of time on what felt like pointless and ineffective communication. This was a truly dreadful experience. Had there been a long queue of cars behind me, impatiently honking, I would undoubtedly have been forced to pay the full parking fee just to get out. That would have completely undermined the complimentary parking benefit for hotel guests.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Zhujiajian Wugongzhi Pier, which is the ferry departure point for Mount Putuo. It features a serene, Zen-inspired design, is very quiet and clean, and the breakfast was quite good. There's also a dedicated underground parking garage, making it extremely convenient for guests visiting Mount Putuo for pilgrimage. Furthermore, Nansha Beach, the Impression Putuo show, boat excursions, and popular local restaurants are all just a few kilometers away. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I've stayed at this hotel almost every year when visiting Mount Putuo for about five or six years now. It's an established hotel, but this time, the experience was truly disappointing! First off, in previous years, loyal customers like myself always received upgrades, but this year, no upgrade was offered (which I later found out wasn't because the hotel was fully booked as they claimed). Furthermore, in the past, my stays were always linked to my Ctrip account, allowing for direct payment upon departure. This time, despite Ctrip's assurance, the front desk still insisted on a separate security deposit. I don't understand the change in policy. And finally, a major warning: steer clear of room 3410! The cleanliness was questionable, and more critically, the air conditioning was completely ineffective. It ran for two hours without producing any cool air. It was impossible to stay there in such heat! I had no choice but to switch rooms close to midnight, which left me absolutely exhausted for my early morning visit to Mount Putuo the following day.

The hotel offered a complimentary travel photography session. The service was excellent, and the photos turned out beautifully, which I was very satisfied with. There were no hidden costs, and both the photographer and the young lady who assisted us were incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, the experience was fantastic! We received a complimentary upgrade to a Zen-style bathtub room. The room offered a pleasant ambiance and was spotlessly clean. The guest building is separate from the front desk. While the front desk lobby was air-conditioned, the ground floor lobby and elevators of the guest building had no AC, making it uncomfortably hot. I had specifically paid extra for breakfast because I tend to wake up early and was concerned about potential crowds and queues on the island later. However, hotel breakfast started at 6:30 AM, and the restaurant would not open before then. With the first ferry departing at 6:20 AM, the timings clashed, so I couldn't have the hotel's breakfast and ended up eating out. Moreover, takeaway was not allowed for breakfast. Complimentary disposable toiletries only included a toothbrush and slippers; combs, razors, cotton swabs, shower caps, and soap were all chargeable extras. The parking voucher included 24 hours of free parking per night's stay, with an hourly charge of 8 RMB for any time exceeding that. The hotel is located approximately 800 meters from the ferry terminal.

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal, making it perfect for those on a tight schedule or with limited time to spend on Putuoshan. It's just a 5-6 minute walk to the pier, allowing you to catch the earliest ferry to the island without any delays. When you leave Putuoshan, the bus to Ningbo also departs from the same pier, so you can easily take a direct coach to Ningbo. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

An absolutely terrible stay. Firstly, the room's facilities were very old, with some items dirty and others showing significant wear and tear. Secondly, the toiletries provided were incomplete – there was no shower cap, comb, or even basic soap. On top of that, when I called the front desk, their attitude was very poor. Housekeeping even knocked on our door and woke us up, despite us clearly having the 'do not disturb' sign on. Is your hotel's 'do not disturb' sign merely for decoration? The room rate wasn't cheap, and this isn't even a low-end hotel. Truly awful!!

The room was absolutely fantastic, and breakfast was quite substantial. The underground parking was very convenient, with direct access to the lobby, keeping the car cool. The boat pier was also within walking distance. The room itself was spotless, incredibly cozy, and they even prepared welcome fruit for us. It's very kid-friendly, offering excellent facilities for children. We'll definitely be returning to Putuo Mountain!

Amenities: Disposable toothbrushes and slippers are provided. Cleanliness: The place was very clean and hygienic. Surroundings: The hotel is directly across from the 'Little Potala Palace,' which boasts a beautiful night view. However, if your room doesn't face it directly, there isn't a communal or open area from which to admire the night scenery. Location: It's conveniently situated directly opposite Wugongzhi Pier, just a 10-15 minute walk away. Travel Tip: If you're planning a photo shoot on Putuo Island, remember to book in advance.

The facilities felt quite dated. The toilet wasn't a bidet-style smart toilet and often struggled to flush properly. Power outlets didn't have USB ports. There's no laundry facility, so I had to wash clothes in my room without any provided detergent, and they didn't dry even after two days and one night. Furthermore, there's no option to keep the electricity on by leaving a spare key card in the slot when you leave the room. While the room was quite spacious, it felt overpriced at 1385 RMB for two nights for a 1.8m king-size bed room. The room rates seemed to fluctuate wildly; I checked several times a day, and the price was different each time. On a positive note, I was lucky enough to catch the morning sun from my room.

The hotel is very close to Putuoshan Airport, with rooms facing the road offering airport views. Its location by the pier makes catching boats incredibly convenient. Other attractions on the island are also just a short taxi ride away. Overall, Zhujiajian is best explored by car. This is a good hotel for family trips; it's quite clean and relatively quiet.
