Like staying in a museum from 1980! Somehow they have managed to keep the original furniture which looks like 80s in good condition. Apart from being understaffed at reception and therefore, a slow check-in I had a satisfactory stay there

This place is my second home., my vacation is not complete without staying this place🫶🏻 from the airport i need to rest in manila at least 2-3 days before im going home 🏠.. the same before flying back to work.. im staying here at least 2-3 days.. staffs are friendly., very accommodating.,seems they are my family 🫶🏻 had excellent service as always.. this is what i like this place… until next year🤟🏻🫰🏻 see you all😘

Requested a room change at 2am. I can’t sleep because of the faulty aircon and rampant mosquito flying… I’ve booked in the area before but first time experiencing rampant mosquitos in my hotel room. their solution was to change the aircon and spray anti mosquito repellent while I’m inside… at 2am… then changed the aircon… worked for a while then woke up again 5hrs later because of mosquito bites Paid for a good night’s sleep but was forced to sleep smelling insecticide only to wake up 5hrs later feeling **** and more. mosquito bites. Thank you so much never coming back

The hotel is nice ,near by all the stores and malls where you can shop and eat.40 min away from the airport by grab and costs about 350 piso for 4 people car.The stuff is fast and very polite,they put the third bed quickly .You have a teapot,towels,toiletries;beds are comfy,we stayed 2 nights and will come back for sure.

The food is tasty; ordered bacon omelette and hot chocolate. There were 2 times where the power in the entire room expectedly turned off for 1 second and then back on. I informed the reception about this and they sent a technician to look at it immediately. The issue remained unsolved as it happened 1 more time, but it is not a big issue. Bed is bouncy. Good.

Location is great as it’s next to robinson mall and there’s also an airport shuttle bus there. The people at Rothman was always great and nice as I stayed here a couple of times already. AC can be a little loud though. For the price, I still believe it’s worth a stay.

This hotel is a typical pattern of three stars hotel. The Quality is commensurate with the price. I don’t have big complains about it. If I had to say problems, the air conditioner is old, the sound is a little bit noisy.

I came to Hong Kong just for one night on my way out of China. I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station where I arrived in Hong Kong. I walked to the hotel from the train station. No problem. There are many local restaurants around the hotel. And the night market is right outside the hotel. I would probably come back to this hotel again.

Comfortable stay overall. Easy process hassle free. Good for solo or couples.

My regular place to stay in Manila. The location is in the center of downtown, so it's very convenient. There is no noise at night and no problems with the service.

I always use this hotel when I travel to the Philippines. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also great. If the shower had a bit more power, I'd give it 5 stars...

It's convenient that Robinson Shopping Mall is right around the corner. The amount of water in the bathtub and shower is decent. The air conditioner is so old that the filter has not been cleaned, so it coughs and the ventilation is poor and it is noisy. The building is quite old and there is only one elevator. The breakfast is too poor, so if you are staying for several nights, it might be better to go to a convenience store or a nearby Mac, as you will quickly get bored of the menu. The fact that the room rate is too high for such a low-ranking hotel is a major drawback. So, the cost performance of this hotel, whose only redeeming feature is its convenience, is quite poor.
