Small hotel, pros: it's cost, location, fridge and cattle. Cons: not really comfortable room, tyne, bed linen is fresh but with stains, no cleaning room for three days, no hot water, a lot of small bugs - ants I guess. For this price it's possible to find much more comfortable stay.

Cozy place in a good location for us

There is no lift and the hotel is located in a narrow lane. The staff were a bit unfriendly and didn't speak English to make things a bit worse. The room was ok.

Great location, nice service. We recommend to others and will come back here again.

Good stuff and the room has everything needed. The only problem is the noise from the street starting from 6 AM

A good value low price hotel in central HCMC. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast wasn’t provided so can’t comment. Room was on a high floor - no elevator FYI. Easy to get around by Grab and lots of small local restaurants nearby.

Second time I booked, first time had a nice room. Second time another building and bathroom as well bedroom need updated. But I will return again. Area have many food options district 3.

I stayed for two nights this time. The hotel was not on the main road, but around a corner from a narrow street. There was a Family Mart nearby, which was very convenient. Across the road, there was a morning market that started at 5am. The hostel keys were not the usual card key type, but a key type. All the receptionists were very kind and helpful. They also left my luggage with us on my last day. However, there were a few ants near the bathroom and desk, which surprised me as I hate bugs. Thank you for two days!!

The hotel is great value for money. I recommend it for a short stay. Clean, neat, in the center 👌

The hosts were very helpful and helped with currency exchange and a SIM card. Much respect!

Good location in District 3, all the main attractions in the center are within walking distance. There is a familymart around the corner where you can buy some small stuff. The room was clean. The downside is the occasional noise of something like an industrial refrigerator :) It turns on/off for a couple of minutes all night, very loud, really interferes with sleep.

The location and price were okay, but despite the kindness of the staff during dinner hours, there was some inconvenience due to difficulty communicating in English.

The hotel is located in a good place, there are many cafes and attractions nearby. The room is clean, has everything you need (kettle, iron, internet, etc.). The only downside is the noise outside the window from the bustle of the city from early morning until night, but in the center it is like that almost everywhere. The hotel can be recommended for a couple of nights, no more.
