Good service. Decent for its price. Reception if friendly and helpful

Hotel staff is very nice upgrade me to bigger room. Everything was good till early morning mosquitoes bite my neck and mouth. Room has too strong de-odor or scene block making the whole room to have too strong smell of it, even after I cover it up, but whole room still have very strong smell of de odor, which is not necessary and not comfortable smell. I had sneezes for a while before got use to that smell. Apart from that hotel is near to the Sun Moon Shell Opera house, can rule bike there, near shopping centre, and so many good little restaurants everywhere nearby.

I had a nice stay at Aqueen Hotel. It was just a short distance (less than 15 minutes taxi) from the ferry pier, and I could easily get to many places around the city. The lobby staff was also very nice! Thanks for a great stay

I've really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very good location, lots of stores and small restaurants on the same street. Very near the beach and very near the ferry port. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the hot water and AC worked very well.

This hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly. Easy fast check in. I love their local breakfast food. I like the restaurant style and decor. The only disadvantage is the location. There's nothing really much around.

I rarely leave comments, but I want to recommend this hotel. The service is very, very good. The auntie carefully cleaned the room and it was very clean. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable. The beauty at the front desk ground me a cup of coffee, which was free and very fragrant. There is a large Southeast Asian style restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and there is also a piano. The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by various local snacks, especially this rice noodle roll shop is very famous. Walk to Lovers Road to see the Sun and Moon Shells. Worth recommending

The curtains in the room are not drawn properly, so light can see through. It's probably because the air conditioner blocks it. The quilt is as hard as A4 paper. The mirror in the bathroom has a little black spots, and it can't reflect people clearly. The lights in the whole room are relatively dim. Even if all are turned on, it's not bright enough. It's probably not very friendly for business trips to use computers or write. The TV can't be watched because there is no signal, and the power can't be turned off. There is a red light on. The good thing is that you don't have to go downstairs to get takeout. A robot will deliver it to the room. You also need to swipe your card to go to the room floor, which is safer. The front desk service attitude is also good. There is a laundry dryer on the second floor, and there is free parking. It is recommended to use disposable towels, disposable razors, disposable bath towels, etc. ~ Overall, it's good. It's also close to the beach and not noisy at night~

I stayed there temporarily. After choosing, I felt that it was the most cost-effective in the 200 yuan range. After checking in, I was generally satisfied. There were early check-in and late check-out, which was convenient for lunch break. The hygiene and sound insulation were good. I slept relatively well. There was a parking space. The only problem was that the landline suddenly beeped in the middle of the night. After hanging up, it beeped again after a while, so I had to unplug the phone.

Facilities: The hotel has many rooms, but the laundry room is very small, with only two washing machines, a dryer, and a hanging iron. There is no queue. There is no refrigerator in the room, and there is no place to put yogurt if you want to buy it. There is a safe. Environment: The hotel says it is Southeast Asian style, but I personally feel that it looks old after many years, so the style is not to be mentioned. Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, but the housekeeping did not clean the room or replenish consumables. I reported it to the front desk, and the housekeeping immediately followed up and kept apologizing with a good attitude.

After a long period of anticipation and preparation, this carefully planned parent-child trip finally arrived as scheduled. In order to give the children a better travel experience, we deliberately chose to travel during off-peak hours and chose Huanting. The hotel transportation is quite convenient. It is worth mentioning that the service of Huihui, the front desk receptionist, is impressive - with a friendly smile, efficient and smooth check-in, and accurate grasp of guest needs. For example, we brought our children and needed a robot water delivery service, which was arranged in place. The child had a good experience, which added icing on the cake to the entire accommodation experience.

The hotel is in a great location with complete facilities and convenient parking right at the door. The most important thing about coming to Zhuhai is that it is close to the attractions.
