The hotel is spotless and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. Its excellent location offers easy access to Macau and Chimelong, plus guests can enjoy panoramic views of Macau.

The owner was absolutely wonderful! They gave us a free upgrade to a room that was twice the size. We could see Macau directly from our window, and it was truly spectacular! We were incredibly excited – the view was absolutely breathtaking!!!

The lady at the front desk provided excellent service and even upgraded us to a room with a 180-degree view. While the weather wasn't ideal that day, the view from the window was still quite impressive. The spacious bed easily accommodated 2 adults and 1 child, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was that the hot water pressure was a bit low. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the border crossing. Guest parking is available at a discounted rate of 30 RMB for 24 hours, with additional hours charged at 6 RMB each. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

you need to check-in @ Floor 23. you can get the lift without key card. i get the big room @ floor 38 with the stunning view. the hotel near Hengqin Port then you can go to Macau anytime. and if you cross the road, you will find the supermarket & many restaurant.
