The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. The location is not close to public transport, but it is easy to call a car via app to the train station and soon be in the center of Budapest. The only bad thing is the breakfast. The breads are not fresh and there is little variety of fruits. They need to improve the breakfast.

Unfortunately, we did not even have the chance to use any services or facilities, because the receptionists do not know anything about the hotel's services, they talk back and forth and don't know what should be sold, but they are amazingly slow and clueless. 1 month ago, I wrote an email about what happened to us, but no one even answered.

The hotel overall is ran down. Though the outdoor area is nice to explore and the swimming pool is clean, the overall service is suboptimal. Some of the room / apartment facilities were broken or not working properly. Some staff did not care as much as others in regards to professionalism or services provided. Close proximity to Budapest but only with your own vehicle. Some nice restaurants around!

The resort is in a lush of green and good for exploring the surrounding. Though resort is cut off from the city, daily commuting is doable with or with own transport. The public transportation system of Budapest is superb and we use with ease except that had to do 20 mins walk to and fro d bus stop from resort daily….good night xercise

Resort is lovely however reception and bar/restaurant staff are rude and unhelpful. I was on holiday with my family and having Hungarian heritage I found this very embarassing. Cleaning staff are lovely. Towels at pool side were not always available and we were left to walk back to our cabins in wet swim suits. Kitchens in the unit are tired and in need of a facelift.

Nice cabins but little going on at night. Everything closes around 9. Nice area but quite a bit out of the way so would benefit from more info at site about what's around and also about public transport.

It took 4 times going back to reception to get a working key. We got locked out of our room. The patio roof blew off and fell onto the patio. Luckily it didn't hit us. The safe wasn't working. The closet door was broken. The night receptionist was completely unhelpful and did not pass on the messages about the repairs to the day staff. He had a negative attitude as well. On the other hand, Dave, the daytime receptionist was great (which is why the rating is not worse)
