Oldest hotel I have ever stayed in! Smelly! Beds were okay. Shower pressure was excellent. Location was great! One English channel. No room service. Early check in a plus. Japanese restaurant was very good.
The Hotel is very nice and clean and their staff are so polite and helpful. I really liked everything about the hotel. The price is also reasonable. The thing i liked most is their free bus service to airport. It saved a lot of money. Thanks to the hotel management team and all the Staffs for their Hospitality.
I had a great experience staying at Hotel Springs Makuhari in Chiba. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Makuhari Messe convention center and nearby shopping areas. The convenience of being close to public transport made it simple to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with well-maintained amenities and attentive staff who were always ready to assist.Overall, Hotel Springs Makuhari is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and great service.
I had contacted the hotel to make a reservation for a parking space, but it was full so I parked in a nearby paid parking lot.
The hotel is close to Soga Station and easy to find.
The room was compact, so I spread out my suitcase in the empty space by the bed.
A very clean, urban hotel.
The room was just as good as the photos online.
There was a large public bath, so we were able to relax and the facilities were well-cleaned, making for a pleasant stay.
We booked breakfast included, and although there weren't many items on the menu, there was just the right amount, and food was constantly replenished, so we were very satisfied.
We went by car, and the parking lot was a bit far away so we nearly got lost. However, the price was surprisingly cheap, which was a relief.
Overall, we thought it was a very good hotel.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. Given the quality of the accommodations, I found it to be an excellent value for money. The hotel itself is new, which contributed to the modern amenities and overall pleasant atmosphere.
The room is very good and clean. The area is not small, very close to the tram station, next to Mitsui Outlet, and only one stop away from AEON. There is a bus to the airport at the door. Recommended for both tourism and business.
Service was great. Paid extra for breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle service to and from the airport was awesome just wish they had more available times for transport instead of by every hour. Times were extremely consistent with the free shuttle service. O wish they had a restaurant open for dinner and lunch. Bar at the backside was great.
The hotel staff are polite, the rooms are well maintained, the location is convenient, there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, very convenient!
I went to the National Research Center East Hospital so I chose this hotel. Check-in was smooth. There is a 711 on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is relatively large, clean and hygienic without any odor. The room facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, and there is a park next to it where you can go for a walk. I checked out at noon and handled the luggage storage. This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Chiba, and I will choose it again in the future! Recommend friends who come to play nearby to experience it...

Very Good
TThe NavigatorWe had a very comfortable and luxurious stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER NARITA. The Hotel Staffs are very accommodating, they have this free shuttle bus from airport to hotel and from hotel to narita station and AEON MALL and it was very worth it! They have a good facilities, good room and very good shower and bath essentials. The have a very good access to both cheaper and classy foods, the family mart inside the Hotel is our favorite spot. The ay have a beautiful indoor swimming pool. They have a very good service whenever we need something during our 5 days stay. I will rate this property a 5 star!
HHailiSThe hotel looks nice on the outside but actually it is fairly rundown and has the amount of cleanliness that you would expect with that. We arrived late, around 11pm, and had to wake up early for a flight in the morning.
Shortly after we got to our room on the 9th floor, the fire alarm started going off. Originally we thought maybe it was an error or mistake so we waited, then loudspeakers started shouting ”EMERGENCY”. We gradually started walking down the stairs to the lobby. Everyone on our floor was confused as well. As we got downstairs, there was only one worker at the desk and she was checking in other customers.
A customer confronted the worker and she said it was an error and she didn't know how to stop it. It went off multiple times, and the lobby started to fill with more people. The elevators weren't working because of the fire alarm as well, and no one could sleep with the alarm going off.
We finally gave up after an hour and walked back upstairs to the 9th floor. By the time we got settled and wanted to get in bed, the alarm went off again, once again disrupting us trying to sleep. Thankfully, that was the last time.
There seemed to be no concern from the employee that was working, and the hotel didn't even offer an apology. Meanwhile, our already short night of sleep got much shorter.

AAnonymous UserIt's like an apartment building, very close to Disney. A boy at the hotel front desk very enthusiastically introduced the hotel's Disney shuttle bus in the morning. There are quite a lot of people staying there, and the price of more than 200 per night is very suitable.
GGuest UserTokyo Bay Hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for visiting Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The amenities were enjoyable, and the breakfast spread was lovely. The welcoming environment, along with the convenience of an on-site Lawson and a Disney store, made the stay even more enjoyable. A great choice for Disney travelers.
PPhillip NobleThis is our second time staying at the ART Hotel.
Our last two days resting up before our flight back home. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport as well as into Narita town for shopping or the train station.
We shall use this place again on our next trip to Japan.
Thank you.
AAnonymous User”Peaceful Stay with Easy City Access”
Zayn Hotel Bangkok is a hidden gem—nestled in a quiet local area away from tourist crowds, yet just a 12-minute train ride to the city center and with easy access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Thai food was authentic and flavorful, and the espresso was surprisingly excellent. A great spot for both convenience and calm.
FfyukmingIt is located very closely to Tokyo DisneySea and Maihama train station. You can walk to Tokyo DisneySea or Maihama station in 10 minutes. Staying this hotel allows you to sleep a bit more and wake up a bit late before going to the entrance of Tokyo DisneySea to join the queue to enter DisneySea at 06:30-07:00 in the early morning. It is not close to Tokyo Disneyland so, if you are going to Disneyland, you have to take the monorail or taxi. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and clean. We love that they have two types of pillows already placed on the beds for our selection - one is soft and rectangular (the common one) and the other one is harder and shaped to support your neck.
JJosephine Sow MeiThe hotel is ideal if you arrive late at night or need to catch an early flight from Narita Airport.
There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel. If you arrive in Terminal 2, walk out of the terminal and look for stop 31B. The hotel is a 15min ride away.
There is a Lawson store right inside the hotel and it is very convenient to for last minute shopping. Nothing much on the immediate vicinity of the hotel but it is easy to take the shuttle bus to have your meals at the hotel.
Size of room is reasonable and comfortable for a short stay.
CCasey T95I have stayed at this hotel every annual trip to Japan for the past 5 years and honestly I now want to gatekeep because I don’t want it to get overfull and hike up prices. I won’t gatekeep and hope that it will stay as it is - super convenient aimed at what travellers need, friendly and helpful and super efficient. Firstly regular shuttles between Narita Airport T1 and T2. T3 is an easy 2 minute walk to T2 via a covered walkway. No need to take a taxi to the hotel as we once did. Secondly, the rooms are functional and have all the necessities. If you need black tea for your room, bring a few teabags for yourself as they only do green teabags and coffee. However there is a convenience store (Lawsons) in the lobby which is 24/7 and always buzzing and fully stocked. Many of the staff speak good English and know exactly what you need to get to and from the airport. There are trolleys you can borrow to bring your luggage to the lobby if you don’t want to wait for their bell staff. There is also a weighing scale in the lobby (IYKYK). One of our favourite hotel breakfasts in Japan. Always busy but good throughput. The gardens are lovely and worth a wander. We’re normally there for winter lights but this time I had the joy of the tail end of Sakura season. Lovely! Finally there is a shuttle to Narita Town for some sightseeing and local shopping as well as Aeon Mall. Make sure you know which shuttles stop at Aeon Mall because this is less regular. We now make Hotel Nikko a must for a few nights before we leave because Narita is charming and it’s a nice transition to the journey home.
