The view from this place is amazing, from both the rooms and top part with the pool, restaurants and skywalk.  Stayed in the tent type room which was very comfortable with modern beds and a/c Had dinner up at the restaurant and it was decent food, but poor service. Breakfast was very, very weak. Probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in Thailand in my 20 years of coming here.  Drivers could be called to take you back and forth from room to restaurant/pool, etc. They were very friendly and quick to come after calling the phone number. View, especially at sunrise was breathtaking, but now that I’ve stayed one, I wouldn’t have a reason to stay again.

Amazing hotel, great location. Hotspring and pool outstanding. Restaurants could do with a bit more variety in food. For a five star hotel serving beer in cans....mhaw. Some rooms could do with a bit of maintenance especially air conditioners.

We have been on holiday in Thailand since 2013, we have seen it, we know it! In our family rating, the hotel is top. Good rooms, it is clear that the hotel is maintained and updated, good beach equipment. The territory is well thought out, nothing superfluous, green, first line, compact and tasteful, well done everyone! I had late checking midnight. A staff member waited up for me. Then, when I was unwell last night, I needed big sleep past 3pm. And staff accommodated for me this second time.

Our room was absolutely gorgeous, really spacious and spotlessly clean. The jacuzzi bath was fabulous and the view from the resort was magical. The food in the restaurant was OK, there are other cheaper and tastier restaurants within walking distance though. We hired a bike for the day which was hassle free and cheaper than the rental place next door. The pool area was beautiful and we even saw a couple of water monitor lizards. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxed and authentic Thai island experience.

A Perfect Beachside Escape Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the excellent service provided by the staff, from our arrival to the restaurant team. We visited during the Loy Krathong event, and the resort offered a special dinner buffet at just THB 399 per person, inclusive of a complimentary Krathong for each guest. The food was delicious, although the protein options were limited to chicken. We also appreciated other special offerings, such as the resort tour and daily happy hour. The bellmen provided outstanding service, promptly picking us up from our villa and taking us wherever we wanted around the resort. Additionally, the Front Office team drove us around this expansive property, sharing the resort’s historical background during the ride. Don’t miss the chance to visit the in-resort waterfall and the small temple, perfect for those looking to enjoy a quick meditation session during their stay.

Accommodation and beach are very private. Recommended for those who want peace

The owner is very cute, the house is beautiful, nice to live in, and it's very big. Great value.
