Who knows, the hotel experience I stayed in this time was full! I must give a good review! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Hui, the front desk staff, greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly and considerately, and my good impression instantly exploded. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and tidy, and there is no odor in the bathroom. It is cleaned so meticulously that I feel super safe. The breakfast is even more surprising, with hot buns and fried dough sticks, exquisite bread salad, and freshly squeezed juice. The variety is so rich that it is difficult to choose, and every bite is super satisfying. This stay experience is full marks, and I will stay here next time I come here!

Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.

The hotel has an excellent transportation location and convenient transportation! Clean, comfortable and tidy, the app book the hotel room efficiently and quickly! The customer service staff patiently and politely answer questions and have a sincere attitude!

The hotel room is quite big, and the front desk can all speak Chinese, which is very worry-free. There is a KTV in the middle, but it doesn't seem to be noisy. Maybe the KTV doesn't have much business. There are a lot of taxis parked downstairs, which makes traveling very convenient. A taxi to the airport usually costs 400,000 VND. It would be nice if the hotel provided breakfast.

For a Southeast Asian country, the room in this hotel is quite large and not depressing to live in. The most surprising thing is that the room rate is only around 200 yuan. The free breakfast on the third floor of the hotel is very rich, the environment is comfortable and clean, the Vietnamese girl at the front desk can speak Chinese and is very enthusiastic. If I come to Vietnam next time, I will choose to stay here again. It makes me feel safe and comfortable!

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.

Front desk is very nice, service staff is excellent too, Kai is a nice gentleman who help me getting the extend stay; Nhung is a very nice lady who help me fix the taxi issue. You can always to approach them for any help when you need it. Breakfast is rich and good quality, they also have swimming pool and spa on site. will back next time

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.
