The overall service was exceptional, with parking available and a doorman to greet you. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Around midnight, the WiFi seemed to cut out, but the room's soundproofing was excellent. The price was reasonable and offered great value for money – a wonderful experience. The shower area was fully automated, which the kids found fascinating. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea, making us feel right at home. You can even order takeout, and a delivery robot brings it directly to your room. It's conveniently located just around the corner from Central Street's Qingzhi Hand Cream shop, which was very handy. When guests leave, there are taxis lined up, so there's no delay in travel time. Getting to the train station and home was easy. It only takes an hour to get to Harbin from our home, so it felt like staying right near our own doorstep. My little one loved the candies and chocolates from Central Street. The hotel front desk even gave my child some Russian candies when we left. In the evening, a staff member offered a special explanation of the antique architecture and art. It's truly a wonderful little escape from busy life, where you can temporarily forget your worries and even enjoy a deep sleep amidst a hectic schedule. I loved the welcome fruits, coffee, and complimentary drinks in the room. My child called it a 'fully automated high-end hotel' and absolutely loved it. The value for money is quite high; I highly recommend staying here.

It's upscale, the staff are genuinely warm but not intrusive, and they pay attention to every detail, even adding a touch of humor to their service – definitely 5 stars for the reception. The opulent decor is amazing, especially for the price. The hot tea at the front desk was so comforting and warming. Room facilities and amenities were thoughtfully provided, everything was clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary water and snacks. The breakfast was exceptional value, and we even got a free afternoon tea experience. Though the Songhua River outside was still frozen, the room was so toasty I could just wear a vest. 100% satisfied! 👍

The location is great, just a short walk to Central Street once you exit and turn right. However, the hotel is quite small. The reception area is tiny, the restaurant is small, the elevator is small, and the room is so cramped that it's hard to even fit a 20-inch carry-on suitcase. Due to traffic control on the road outside, I had to drag my luggage quite a distance to and from the hotel when taking a taxi. The hotel is also quite elevated with steep steps, making it strenuous to carry heavy luggage.

We brought our child to Harbin for Chinese New Year's Eve and after looking at many hotels, we finally chose Wanda Holiday Inn. It was definitely the right choice! 👍 When checking in, the front desk lady offered us warm hot tea, which instantly made us feel cozy. The staff was genuinely enthusiastic and even told us about a free dumpling feast on New Year's Eve. That evening, we took our child to make dumplings and then ate them while watching the Spring Festival Gala 🥟. The hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere. On the morning of New Year's Day, there was even a 'Welcoming the God of Wealth' activity, which our child really enjoyed. These activities at the hotel made our New Year's Eve trip truly fulfilling. If we come to Harbin again, we'll definitely choose Wanda Holiday Inn – the value for money is really high! 👍

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are quite new. The wooden floors are a bit warped due to age, but it doesn't affect overall use. 😉 It's not a smart home, but it has air conditioning, heating, and an electric toilet – everything you need, very convenient. The only downside is that the hot water for showering isn't hot at night; it was like that for both nights I stayed, which was a bit puzzling since the hot water in the morning was very hot. 🤔 Service: The service truly deserves a hundred points! 💯 Upon arrival, a kind uncle enthusiastically helped with luggage. When I had trouble at the laundry room, housekeeping service was prompt. The lobby offers food 24 hours a day, with breakfast until 10 AM, followed by afternoon tea, and then late-night snacks. I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.
