The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right by Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. This hotel has a unique charm, with a grand crystal chandelier in the lobby and a lovely aroma, making it elegant and very photogenic. The room design is distinctive, retro yet refined, clean, and comfortable. The bedding is soft and ensured a great night's sleep. The service was top-notch throughout! All the staff were smiling, enthusiastic, and attentive. They even gave us a free room upgrade and a lovely welcome gift. They also prepared a super cute fridge magnet for my child, who was absolutely thrilled! The attention to detail was exceptional, making for an excellent experience that was both cozy and relaxing. The breakfast and afternoon tea were also perfect! Highly recommended!

Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice.

The location is great and easy to find, and getting around is super convenient, whether you're shopping or dining. As soon as you step into the lobby, you get a really comfortable feeling. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with check-in, speaking politely and patiently answering all my questions, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and the bedding was neat and clean. It felt so soft to lie on, I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, and all the toiletries were provided, so I didn't need to bring my own.

Wanda Holiday Hotel is an older establishment, and I've stayed there many times over the past few years. However, this recent stay showed a significant qualitative improvement! Compared to previous visits, here's a summary of the upgrades: 1. From the moment I got out of the car, a greeter came running out to help with my luggage. During check-in, a warm cup of tea 🍵 was offered, and my luggage was delivered directly to my room. 2. On every floor, near the elevators, there's a prominent stand stocked with complimentary self-serve bottled water. The room also had multiple disposable paper cups, which was a thoughtful touch. Even the toilet had been updated with new features. 3. The bellhop, Dahan (everyone calls him Dahan), really added a lot to the hotel experience. His service was diligent, enthusiastic, and attentive. There were many other improvements too. Overall, both the soft and hard facilities have been significantly upgraded. The hotel management is clearly on top of things, and the operators are wise! Thumbs up! 👍

The location is about 200 metre walk to the Central Street , ZhongYang Street. Very convenient to have foods at around with McDonald, KFC,etc.   The teams are very very services provider offering assistance to us on transport, luggages, etc for our needs.   Breakfast is simple but serves with 3 course meals beside the starters and fruits etc.

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

🏛️ This stay felt like living in a 'breathing' antique. As the bellboy, dressed in a black velvet uniform with gold buttons, pulled open the heavy doors of Grand Mansion 1903 for me, time rewound to 1903. This was once a salon for Russian grand dukes and Jewish dignitaries. Under ornate gilded domes, the light from bronze chandeliers shimmered dreamily, and a sweet fragrance permeated the air. Just a few steps away is Central Street with its century-old cobbled pavement. Inside, Russian oil paintings adorn the walls, and magnificent, romantic antique art pieces are displayed everywhere. This is the heart of the Far East's old dream, an aesthetic from an era of economic prosperity. Despite being an old architectural hotel, it lacks nothing in modern amenities: electric toilets, Wi-Fi, bathtubs, and good quality bedding are all present. They offered a complimentary hotel photoshoot without any pressure to buy extra photos, and even included tickets to the Russian Fairytale Museum, which is great for those who love fairytale-style photography. Most notably, the service staff, a young man, meticulously gave us a 20-minute introduction to the hotel's history and culture. We admired the beauty of an antique music box and were astonished by the exquisite cigar boxes used by nobility. It truly felt like experiencing the opulent life of aristocrats from over a hundred years ago, making me realize how much rougher our generation has become. What happened to us? The most marvelous experience was riding one of the only two remaining operational century-old elevators in the country. Manually pulling open the iron gate, it ascended slowly with a 'click.' I expected an old, creaky sound, but to my surprise, it was incredibly quiet and smooth, even quieter than modern elevators. If you also wish to travel back in time over a hundred years, the quickest way is to push open these doors and step inside. Oh, and it would be even more perfect if you donned some magnificent Rococo lace attire. The breakfast room is in the basement next to the main entrance. Every time I walk down and push open that door, I think of the TV series 'The Gilded Age.' My companion says I'm being too dramatic, hahaha. If you ask me how it felt to stay overnight here, I'd say it felt as familiar and comforting as staying at my mom's house. My mom loves this opulent, retro palace style, and all the furniture in our home is in this style. It just goes to show, classics are classics, and retro styles always make a comeback. Initially, I was worried about staying by the roadside, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at night at all. This was a pleasant surprise! I suspect it might be because of the cold northern climate, the thick balcony doors and windows likely provide excellent soundproofing and insulation. Overall, five-star recommendation. I'm usually a lazy writer, but I've written so much because the hotel staff were exceptional. They asked me to write a review upon checkout, so I happily reminisced and penned this down. I highly recommend it to everyone. 📍 Harbin · Grand Mansion 1903 #LivingInHistory

**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Cloud Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! They offer airport shuttle service, and it's less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient and stress-free. The front desk staff (especially the lady who helped me) was wonderfully helpful and patient, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and served in a great environment with a decent variety of options. It was a really pleasant meal. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

DDahaiyaolvyouThe airport transfer was very prompt, and the room was clean and tidy. The service was warm and welcoming. It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport, and the shuttle is free. I stay at this hotel every time I travel for business. It's naturally clean and well-kept, and the rooms are fully automated, which suits my preference for not moving around too much.

LLuobeizhiThey have a good variety of room types, and if there's availability, the front desk will proactively upgrade your room for free. Plus, they even give you a complimentary souvenir when you check out! This is by far the most convenient hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself has a lot of character, and having so many washing machines and dryers makes things super easy.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

KKITTISAK.KHomeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Street Railway Station Airport Bus Store) This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable. The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested. The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true. One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves. One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help. During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier. Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves. Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good.
