Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The hotel location is super good as the Harbin Taiping International Airport is just located less than 10 mins away by taking car. There is also free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff will take initiative to confirm your shuttle bus requirement one day before for advance booking. The room is great and comfortable to stay.👍

Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.

The hotel allows me resting well during winter. Staffs are also very responsive and knowledgeable about traveler's needs. Close to restaurants and metro made it a good place to rest.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Perfect stay experience beyond expectation! I recently stayed at Yida Hotel, and I must leave a five-star praise for this perfect stay experience! From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in was quick! The room design is simple but stylish, and the key is that it is very clean! The basic facilities are very complete! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night until dawn. The details are full of care, and the bathroom products are of high quality and separated from wet and dry. The location is impeccable, and you can walk to the riverside and the central pedestrian street. When I arrived at the store, I also received a small surprise gift. How can I not love such attentive service? I strongly recommend it to all my friends, and I will definitely choose here again when I come to Heihe next time!

Hotel is located just 3 minutes walk away from Sophia Church, the room is very clean and has chinese version of google home and there is a laundry room in the basement. You can collect one bag of free gifts during check-in and one free iconic Matier ice cream (worth RMB5) per person each day from the lobby, saves you from queuing at the actual store and paying for it! My only complaint is that the room is too small to open two luggages, else everything is perfect!

The preferred hotel in Mudanjiang, with a very high cost-effectiveness. When checking in, the front desk was very enthusiastic in serving tea and water. Their tangerine peel candy is my favorite. After checking in, they will give you a low-cost hot spring ticket to experience the fun of Northeastern bathing. The hot spring pool is very good. A dip will make you feel comfortable and refreshed. The buffet tastes great, the room is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is very good. A big thumbs up!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. Thanks to Assistant Cheung, our stay was exceptionally pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again next time.
