The family suite was fantastic! It's essentially a king-size room connected to a standard room, with two bathrooms. This allowed our family to stay together without disturbing each other, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's hygiene was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. They helped us with our luggage, and there was even an afternoon tea. Breakfast offered an amazing variety beyond the usual options, including 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), 'Sha Zhu Cai' (stewed pork with sauerkraut), and even a 'Guo Bao Rou' burger! The parking attendants were also very helpful. When I couldn't find the entrance, I called, and an attendant immediately came out to the road to guide me in. In the evening, we bought some items and wanted to leave them in the parking lot. The staff meticulously checked everything, ensuring the safety of our vehicle.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good.

This hotel is perfect for a layover! It's very close to the airport, and the free shuttle service is incredibly convenient – they pick you up whenever you call, which is a huge relief. The staff here are fantastic; they're friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great night's sleep. The overall atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, and it offers great value for money. It's so easy to get around from here. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover! 😊😊

Honestly, I can't find a single flaw. The location is superb, the service is great, the check-in experience was fantastic, and it offers excellent value for money. The sausages in the hot food section at breakfast are absolutely amazing, I personally think they're better than any of Harbin's specialty sausages. I really wanted to pack them all up and take them with me~ We came during the off-season, so many activities weren't available, but the experience at this hotel completely elevated our travel happiness. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay! The location is superb, very convenient with Central Street just a 1-2 minute walk away. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered a great variety. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were super nice and proactively upgraded me to a room with a window. Because of you all, my impression of Harbin is even better. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! Lastly, here's a photo of the stunning St. Sophia Cathedral at night, haha.

I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

The room is very spacious, the natural environment of this piece is very good, but when we came, it may be off-season, just renovated, some facilities are not perfect, eating is not very convenient, but it is very close to the scenic spot, the surrounding environment is very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, the boss sent breakfast is delicious

Service & Atmosphere • Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, we were greeted with excellent service. Since Harbin is freezing, the staff immediately served us hot tea to help us warm up. It was a very thoughtful gesture! • Lobby Amenities: While breakfast isn't provided, there is a self-service mini cafe in the lobby area, which is perfect for a quick caffeine fix or tea. The Room • Space & Comfort: The room was a good size for two people, even with our large 28-inch luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. • Quiet & Clean: The soundproofing is impressive we weren't disturbed by outside noise. One unique feature is the filtered drinking water tap located right next to the bathroom sink. • Note: The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit chilly compared to the well-heated bedroom area. Location & Transport The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel: • Walking Distance: Just a short 400m walk to Zhongyang Street (Central Street) and about 700m to Saint Sophia Cathedral. • Transport: It is very easy to book a DiDi as the hotel is located right on a main road, making pick-ups quick and hassle-free. Verdict: Highly recommended for its strategic location and great hospitality!

Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.
