Our stay with the kids was fantastic! The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room, which was a lucky bonus. We loved the river view gym and the prime location, perfect for an evening stroll along the Songhua River. It's also within easy walking distance of Central Street. The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, and our little one absolutely adored the tent, playing in it non-stop. The staff were all incredibly friendly and particularly gentle with children. With plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a quiet hotel environment, the kids slept soundly. Our whole family felt comfortable and at ease; it’s truly ideal for family travel! When we left, the staff helped with our luggage and even said, 'Princess, please step into the car' as we got in, which totally made our day! 😄

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. Right from the moment we got out of the car, someone was there to help with our luggage. Xiao Xue at the front desk provided excellent service; she was smiling throughout, spoke softly, and was absolutely charming. The room had a very distinct Russian style, and the layout was quite practical. The breakfast and afternoon tea on the first floor offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, along with seasonal fruits. Plus, complimentary cookies and fruit were delivered to our room daily.

My business trip stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The environment was quiet and peaceful, the room had great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were gentle and patient, the facilities were well-maintained, and the internet was stable with no lag. The toiletries were high-quality, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive. Definitely worth rebooking!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had great natural light and was spotlessly clean, creating a very comfortable living environment. When it was almost time to check out, my plans were delayed, so I tried to request a late check-out. The front desk staff were very friendly and quickly arranged it for me, which saved a lot of hassle. The service was thoughtful and attentive. This is definitely a hotel I'll return to again and again!

Honestly, I'm a bit reluctant to give a good review because the Executive Lounge here is just so subpar right now. And the loud noise in the morning was really annoying, though the duty manager did apologize and offered juice, a small gift, and a cute little tiger plushie, so I guess I'll let it go. Maybe it's the off-season, or they're cutting costs and boosting efficiency. But frankly, the Executive Lounge in Shenyang, also in the Northeast, was much better. I hope Harbin can really step up its game.

Приятный новый отель, очень удобная локация рядом с кафе Камелот. Из плюсов ещё то, что есть детские номера с динозаврами и другими героями. Сиденье унитаза с подогревом, очень здорово. Постель чистая, качественная, белоснежная. Из минусов: грязно было в душе, когда открыла воду начала грязь с углов лететь, куски какие то. Олег холодный пол, всё-таки отели с коврами я люблю больше. Очень шумный слив воды, например помыл руки и минут 5 слушаешь как все это течет долго долго по трубам, сначала думала что вода где-то мимо течет. Шампунь, гель для душа самое дешёвое, мыться этим невозможно, поэтому обязательно берите свое. Завтраков нет, видимо будут позже. Персонал очень деловой, разговаривают, как будто ты приехал в их отель бесплатно. Хотелось бы более вежливое общение.

My child had their high school entrance exams for three days, so we booked the Mercure, which was conveniently located just twenty meters from the school's hallway. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious enough, offering great value for money. My child had a very quiet and peaceful nap after the exam. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a balanced variety of dishes from different cuisines. Plus, the complimentary water and drinks were unlimited – a big thumbs up! 👍

Overall, the hotel genuinely felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely be back.
