A excellent great holiday resort for families and visitors with great view and easy access to the nice beach and sea shared with HardRock hotel as I am aware. The hotel is on-going some upgrade for a bigger pool as the current one is rather small compare to the crowd which is coming in. Fast and friendly check in staffs and always ready to help for any questions. We enjoyed the bath tub too, with the complimentary bath salt. They even left a small bottle of Lavender essential oil for us! We were really touched by their thoughtfulness and service. We definitely recommend The Westin Desaru Coast if you want to escape from the hustle and bustles of life in the city. The private, clean beach was a plus, too! We loved it so much. Breakfast was the top of the cherry for us! Huuuuge variety, everything was truly yummy🫶🏻
