Heishuicheng, called Harahor in Mongolian, also known as Heicheng, is located on the desert on the north bank of the dried-up Ejin River (Heishui), 25 kilometers southeast of the flag government of Ejina Banner, Alxa League - Dalai Kubu Town, and is part of the Juyan culture. The reason why Heishuicheng is called "Heishui" is because there was a Heishui River flowing here before the Yuan Dynasty, forming an inland lake named Juyan Sea. During the Han Dynasty, after driving away the Huns, there were farming soldiers stationed here. Today, Ejina has become the Juyan site and Heishuicheng protection base, and has become a tourist scenic spot.
