The secrets of Istanbul

This is a hidden place in Istanbul and you can easily find it by searching for “The Basilica Cistern of Istanbul”. 😱 It was builded 1,500 years ago by slaves and the goal was to save 100.000 liters of water. The construction deep inside the earth has 336 columns but two of them are very special: they have the Medusa Head in differents positions. Nobody knows exactly why but some people suggest it is because no one would be brave enough to turn the stone and look into Medusa eyes. It was a mix of feeling go be inside this historical place.
