【Kuala Lumpur】Step into the grand and tranquil Sri Mahamariamman Temple

🌈Highlights: The Sri Mahamariamman Temple, a typical South Indian style temple, was built in 1873 and is the largest and most ornate Hindu temple in Malaysia. The statue of the goddess Mahamariamman inside the temple is decorated with gold, silver, emeralds, and the decorative tiles are also imported from Italy and Spain. The elaborate carvings, gilded sculptures, and hand-painted patterns all reflect its opulence. The bas-reliefs on the temple's tower are gorgeous and lifelike, with each figure representing a story. Unfortunately, if you can't understand them, just appreciate the art of sculpture. ✅Unlike the Little India area, the temple hidden among modern buildings is very quiet, with few tourists.
