The Pelham - Starhotels Collezione

My first time in London and at The Pelham made my stay much more enjoyable. I originally had a standard room, but since I was staying for 11 nights, I asked if there was a larger room available. The room was more spacious and very comfortable, thanks to the desk crew who made the switch less cumbersome. The in-house restaurant served delicious breakfast every morning. While I was there, there might not have been enough staff to attend to all guests at times, which could be a bit busy, but it was still excellent. The hotel is right in front of a subway station and surrounded by many bus stops. Very convenient location and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a cozy hotel. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, a fantastic little boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington. Just a few steps from Hyde Park and Harrods, and a few subway stops from Covent Garden and Victoria in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the service was very welcoming without too much effort. Hosted early check-in and late check-out with delicious dinner cocktails in the lounge.
