Hallgrimskirkja, more shocking than the picture

Before going, I thought the model was a reference to a spaceship, but after going, I learned that the inspiration came from Iceland's unique fault limestone. The whole looks like an organ. The weather was good when I went, and the sun shone directly into the church. Compared with the gorgeous churches in Western Europe, there is a different sense of sacredness~
