We will visit Fuchai Mountain to see the rapeseed flowers, and Siming Mountain to see the cherry blossoms. We will depart from Shanghai on Saturday morning and it will take about 2 hours to reach Shangyu. We will play in Fuchai Mountain on Saturday and Siming Mountain on Sunday. Flowering period: The rapeseed flowers are in full bloom, the early cherry blossoms have fallen, and the late cherry blossoms are coming soon. It is expected that the best viewing period will start from the weekend of March 30th. Accommodation: There are many mature villages between the two mountains. Since there is a terraced field light show at Fuchai Mountain at night, you can stay at Dongcheng Ancient Village B&B on Saturday, and dinner can also be settled there. The farmhouse dishes are very cost-effective. After dinner, take a walk and enjoy the night view, which is very delightful. I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Yuyao after coming down the mountain because I like branded hotels, and then went to Siming Mountain the next day. Main attractions actual review (in the order of check-in): Zhangcun Cherry Blossom Valley: I had lunch in Shangyu and arrived around 1 pm. At this time, there were many people and cars, and there was control when entering the village. Parking was about 1-2 kilometers away from the entrance, and then you had to walk another 1-2 kilometers. If you don't want to walk, you can directly buy a ticket for the scenic area shuttle to the viewing platform. If the flowering period is right, the visual effect should be even more explosive, and it's worth a visit. Fuchai Mountain Terraces: The rapeseed flower terraces are an internet-famous spot, very popular, and there is a queue to enter the mountain during peak times. You need a shuttle bus to go up the mountain. If you are driving, it is recommended to come after 4:30 pm, first go to Shilang, and then after 5:30 pm go to Dongcheng Viewing Platform to watch the terraced field sunset. Dongcheng Ancient Village: After watching the sunset, don't leave immediately. Have a farmhouse meal, 3 dishes and a soup for only 100 yuan, and then stroll around the village. I went from the north gate to the south gate, climbing up the steps, and it felt like Lijiang Ancient Town. There is a light show on the terraced fields at night, don't miss it. Siming Mountain Shangmagang Cherry Blossom Viewing Base: When I went there, the cherry blossoms were not blooming. If it's not the flowering period, you don't need to go, but you will pass by Qiankuling Colorful Terraces, where you can have some fun. Siming Bridge Wild Cherry Forest: This place greatly exceeded my expectations. Wild cherry blossoms have vitality. Feel it for yourself. Additionally, you will pass by a niche attraction, Luohan Valley. If you have enough time, you can also play there. There is a fork in the road where you can go down to see the lake. Xuanyan Village: This village also has a large area of cherry blossoms (which have fallen if it's not the flowering period), but I like its peacefulness more, as if you have entered a paradise. When you watch a sunset over a field, it's like a pastoral poem, with full emotional value.
