Excellent ratings for cleanliness, service, location and amenities Breakfast included with several set options; frequently praised by guests. (Actually I am not so into the food in China in general) Friendly and helpful hosts, with assistance such as luggage delivery and shuttle from bus stop; at least one staff member often speaks English
