This family room is well equipped with children's supplies, including slippers, toiletries, bathrobes, and so on. A very detailed and considerate touch is the small step placed in front of the washbasin to help children wash up easily. The room is decorated in a warm and playful style; not only the kids but even we adults really liked it. The room is also very spacious, so the kids can play inside without feeling cramped, and it is very clean. The service is also excellent. Whenever we had any needs, they responded promptly. They called in advance to ask about our check-in time and requirements, turned on the air conditioning ahead of time, provided fruits, snacks, and mini-bar drinks, and even proactively helped plan our Zhangjiajie itinerary. It was really warm and thoughtful. After staying these days, my deepest impression is that this homestay truly deserves its high ratings, excelling in every aspect.
