Upper deck is quite shaky, if prone to seasickness, it's recommended to grab tickets for the middle deck)❗During peak season, secure ferry tickets before booking accommodation, as the island's lodgings generally do not offer refunds! ❗❗❗To go to Dongfushan Island, you need to pay cash for a supplementary ticket after the ferry departs: Dongfushan Island 30; Qingbang Island 20 The whole journey is estimated to take over 2 hours. Stay: We booked 'Dongle Mountain Villa' on Dongfushan Island, which was quite nice. During the off-season, you can book a room with a sea view.❗Accommodations on the island generally do not provide disposable slippers, only shower slippers. Travel: There are no sightseeing vehicles on Dongfushan Island, so you can only walk around the island. It is recommended to walk clockwise, which takes about 4-5 hours, so be prepared physically. Going clockwise, you'll reach the first ray of dawn, Dashucun stone houses, Elephant Trunk Peak, etc. Eat: There are many seafood restaurants on the island, with similar tastes. If you love seafood, choose a busier restaurant. We ate at 'Yijia Huan', ordered a 288 seafood pot set meal, which was just so-so, for your reference. On d2, we had lunch at 'Seaside Snack', located next to the big rock where you watch the sunrise in the clockwise direction. Delicious!!! We ordered seafood fried noodles, clam vermicelli, and seafood fried rice, all of which were very good. day2~3 Dongfushan to Miaozihu Island You can buy ferry tickets at the Dongfushan pier half an hour in advance, no rush as tickets are generally available. There are no seating restrictions on the ferry, sit anywhere. The duration is estimated to be about half an hour. Stay: We booked 'Shiyingchao', located near the pier, which was quite good. They provided disposable bath towels and towels. Travel: There is a sightseeing bus on Miaozihu Island, 88 per person, hop on and off as you please. It's a good option for those who are not physically strong, as walking around the island can be quite tiring. Eat: The island is well-developed with many restaurants, mostly seafood noodle shops. The first night we ate at 'Shaohang Noodle House', which you can navigate to. We ordered seafood fried rice cakes, seafood fried noodles, which were okay, but not as good as 'Seaside Snack' on Dongfushan!
