#The Summer Palace Promenade Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Peace Garden
China has one of the most UNESCO heritage sites, which also contributes to its rich history dating back to 2000 years ago. Here is the thing about another UNESCO site, that was once built as a retreat during summers for Kings 🤴 and Queens 👸 ; which leads to the name of it also The Summer palace 🏯 (颐和园) in Beijing. This garden is perfectly designed to blend with plants, lake and their pathways; thus the name Peace 🍂 garden. It is a perfect symbolization of landscape design of garden that reflects Chinese cultural heritage too. This park is divided into Kunming lake, longevity hall and marble boat🛶 . Must do things will be to visit the top of the main palace and then the boating in the lake. So better plan your visit in Summer to suit the name too 😋 #beijingtravel #yiheyuan

The Summer Palace, Beijing
The Summer Palace influences the mind into creating imagery of picnics and lazy bumble bees in the sun, blooming roses and a warm summer breeze. Visiting in winter left a lasting impression, with the sunset reflecting off of the iced lake as the air became more and more cold. Beautiful.

Moving to China was not an easy choice to make but trust you me, this was the best decision I’ve made in 2019. Life here is super amazing and the people are welcoming and genuinely kind and I just cannot get enough of chinese cuisine. What more can a foreigner ask for? Absolutely nothing!
