The Hungry Duck
A Thai restaurant with a Local Twist from Ginger Farm Kitchen that brings together local food from the North and Northeast and presents it in a way that is more accessible to city people, both in terms of taste and appearance.
The decoration of this restaurant will come in the concept of "urban farm", combining Scandinavian minimalism and Lanna Thai craft, which we can see from the use of wooden materials, textiles, and details by adding colors and patterns, which are elements that create a more fun atmosphere for the restaurant, breaking away from the design conventions of traditional Thai restaurants.
The food menu here still uses organic ingredients and does not use MSG, just like at Ginger Farm. There are highlighted menus such as:
1. Wild Olive Shrimp Salad Served with crispy fried tortillas
2. Crab dip with herbs
3. Duck hang lay curry served with organic pickled duck eggs
4. Yunnan noodles stir-fried with pesto sauce and squid chili
5. Khantoke Song Fang Khong consisting of Chiang Mai pork larb, deep-fried pork belly with fish sauce, Sai Ua, pork with fermented fish sauce, papaya salad, fatty pork rinds, Nam Phrik Num, tomato jaew and vegetables
In addition to food, there are also drinks to pair which are presented in a Thai style using herbs, fruits and local liquor bases.
This is a restaurant that presents Thainess in a very fun way. The taste of the food is very good for those who love Thai food like us. Come and try it at Central Embassy, G floor.
