We originally booked a queen bed but my dad wanted two singles and they were really accommodating and even upgraded us to a bigger room with more amenities, really great stay, beds were comfy and room was very clean 😁

Chinese-run hotel, clean and tidy, safe, good front desk service, room on the third floor but there is an elevator (rare as a motel), it is very convenient to carry luggage. Very close to Cuba Street, there are many very good restaurants nearby, the location is very good. Overall cost-effective

Hotel location is very good, in the center of Wellington, the parking lot is on the upper floor, to go up a steep slope, parking fee 15 NZ / day. The interior decoration is a bit antique and has a sense of history. The downside is that I arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve, and the front desk was closed (should be at 7 pm), saying that I sent an email to me, but I didn't find it in fact. Still the cleaning guy, contacted me, opened the key box, and got the key.

Great motel. Older style but clean and fresh. Full sized 2 bedroom unit with comfortable beds. Full kitchen, great if not wanting to eat out all the time. Towels replaced daily. Could not fault this place at all.

We booked a two-bedroom suite. Strictly speaking, it is OK. There are more flies here. Because we feel that there are more flies, we close the door after it is finished. It is very hot! Everything else is good! The equipment space is just right!

The reservation was for Lower Hart, but the hotel location is some distance from Lower Hart. The sanitation is slightly worse, the quilt is darker, and it feels unwashed.

GGuest Userwe had a very good experience staying at this motel. the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. we had all the amenities required to make our stay comfortable. the parking was right outside our room. the shower had the right pressure and the bathroom roomy and very clean. highly recommended.

GGuest UserPerfectly adequate sized rooms, but space is not generous. Shared bathrooms can be a nuisance if you are busting. Really needs separate toilets. Quiet street (for a central city) and easy to walk to from Courtney Place/Cuba St, etc. Very attentive concierge. Very good value - you get what you pay for.

PPKChoppaGreat owners, heaps of space. Needed a bit of help with the shower as it was hard to get it at a nice temp(either too hot or too cold). Otherwise good stay, the location is fantastic 3 min to the outlet mall, 3 min to the train station and 5-10 min to countdown.

SsophieliuAlthough I didn't stay, I still gave a 5-star praise. When we arrived, we were worried about the ticket to picton. We followed the advice of the little girl at the front desk and went directly to the pier to see luck. Because the ferry tickets from Wellington to picton need to be booked in advance, we have been swiping tickets but there is no right time. After arriving at the pier, luck was really good and we bought the ferry tickets so our subsequent itinerary was not affected. Very interesting experience!
