Facing the sea, the sound of traffic is relatively loud in the morning and evening, especially the sound of the car blowing the end of the street. Don't live on the low floor (2/3/4). The sound is oversized in the morning, and there is a big truck that collects garbage. Breakfast is OK, because there are rare spring rolls with meat filling, get up early on the beach 🏃 Running is good

Pros: -Nice pool area -Comfy bed and pillows -Rainshower with great water pressure -Good WiFi in the room -Within walking distance of the main street (15 min) -Yoga and other activities included -Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere (except when they do barbecue/pool party on Saturdays) Cons: -Lack of air con/ceiling fan in the room -More attention to detail needed (e.g: terrace bench cracked and terrace chairs/table quite tired) -Amenities (soap, etc) could be better -No place to put the suitcases other than the floor, and very little space for clothes -Lack of TV could be a con for some -Breakfast buffet could be more varied and of better quality Overall a good stay!

The service staff is particularly good. Can speak English. Also very enthusiastic. By the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs. not bad. Very clean. Breakfast is not bad, there is parking. Suitable for children

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Great hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!

Putting aside the political correctness of the policy, all the native-looking staff at this hotel seemed unqualified in both skill and attitude. I arrived at 12 PM, and they said the room would be available at 3 PM, but suggested I try again at 2 PM. When the room finally became available around 2 PM, they gave it to a new white staff member first??? After checking in, I asked about breakfast hours, and the front desk replied ”six to ten.” I couldn't believe it; it's still dark here at 6 PM! I confirmed several times that it was 6 AM, and received confirmation each time. I booked a tour departing at 7 AM, thinking this was perfect. When I rushed to the restaurant in the morning, I was impatiently turned away by the staff. When I went back to the front desk, the night shift had been replaced by someone who completely couldn't speak English??? The lobby is tucked away inside, sharing the entrance with West Car Rental. They have a left/right sign, but the left side leads to the guest rooms, while the lobby is actually on the right. In the sweltering heat, this is very inconvenient for tourists with suitcases. Couldn't they have put up an arrow to indicate this? Other rooms are fine, over-priced is normal here.

Stucks of anana, the bathroom too young, you can't close the door of damage if you're sitting, you hit your head with the handle, a disaster...very badly thought.

The room is spacious and the bed is moderately hard and soft. Hygiene: Generally clean and tidy. Environment: Located by the sea, the restaurant is opposite to the sea view, the environment is elegant, and the breakfast is a buffet breakfast with some changes every day.

The room is a bit small. There is no place to put the big suitcase when it is opened. It can only be placed at the door. It is inconvenient to get in and out. The distance between the table and the bed is small. Pulling out the chair can touch the bed, which is inconvenient. The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear water being discharged from other rooms and flushing the toilet. The air conditioner is not powerful and the sound is still loud. I can only sleep with earplugs. Breakfast is okay, but you can only eat it at 7 o'clock. You can't eat when you go out. I don't know if others have experienced taking it away. The hotel has a restaurant, but the price is too expensive. There is no English menu and the waiter does not speak English. It is inconvenient. I think the only advantage is that there is a big supermarket opposite, where you can buy some food without having to go to restaurants all the time. There was an incident when I went there. We had a car, and I went to the front desk to ask where I could park. Of course I stayed here, but the front desk gave me directions to the supermarket parking lot, but that was a public parking lot, which was famous in the local area. I broke the window and grabbed something. After checking in, the front desk told me that the hotel had its own parking lot and drove the car over. Hey, I think this is very bad. Why not just drive to the hotel parking lot and then check in? It's very inconvenient.
