It’s a really great hotel and location but my room is near the elevator so there’s some people I mean lots of people make noise I don’t like that actually I asked for not near the elevator but I still have this room but the others things are okay but not bad

It was very good clean, but I ask for hair dryer they said it’s not available that made me disappointed but most of all it was good❤️

Hotel has everything befitting a 5 star build 28 years ago but in tip top conditions. Excellent stay they allow me to check in much earlier. For the price it's amazing.

The hotel is located close to the center, within easy access to everything (airport is only 15mins by car and bus station just 5 mins away). Rooms are very large with an outdoor balcony which is really nice. No tea/coffee facilities within the room and one needs to go down to reception for a free cup of tea or coffee, not great if you are hoping to take it slow in the morning!

the bed was massive and it was brilliant , it wasn’t loud and the room was very tidy . The people were also really friendly and overall this hotel was very good , the food was also delicious in the canteen area !!

The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and soft and comfortable bedding. After lying down, it feels like being in the clouds, and fatigue disappears instantly. The bathroom facilities are complete and clean, and the toiletries are of high quality. After taking a shower, the whole person feels refreshed. The most worth mentioning is that the room has excellent sound insulation. Even if there is a lot of traffic outside the building, the room is still as quiet as before, providing me with a high-quality sleeping environment. The hotel's catering service is also first-class. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, with both traditional Chinese dim sum and Western bread and milk, meeting the needs of different tastes. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service staff is friendly, and they will adjust the amount of dishes in time according to the needs of the guests, which makes people feel very intimate. In addition, the hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation around it, which is very convenient for going to the business center or tourist attractions. The surrounding environment is also very beautiful. It is refreshing to take a walk nearby in your spare time. In general, the hotel left a very deep impression on me. Both the hardware facilities and software services are perfect. Every moment here makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. If I have the opportunity next time, I will definitely choose to stay again.

Location was convenient. Hotel design and room designs are impressive. Concierge and reception service were fantastic. Room are pretty basic, includes body soap and shampoo, but not toothbrush. Generally clean, some mould stains and spoiling fixtures. Acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast is basic. SPA IS FANTASTIC.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city, easy to travel. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is clean. The staff provides good service. However, this place may not be suitable for people who are allergic to mosquitoes. There are quite a few mosquitoes in the room because the hotel has a fish tank without fish, which allows mosquitoes to lay eggs. The room is not soundproof. You can hear people talking from outside.

The hotel is very clean. Good location, very convenient. The staffs are good, polite, and lovely. The bed is comfortable. The pillows may be a bit flat for us, but we can use the towels we brought to support ourselves. Since the hotel is on the road, we can hear the cars running back and forth. But it is not a problem for us because we are tired and fall asleep right away.

We have done several Will not come back because it was for our wedding nights. Very disappointed!
