Based on the photos, everything looks great. But two days here is definitely enough. It's my first time in Mui Ne, and initially, I didn't realize how far this place is from the center or what that even meant. The price certainly justifies the stay – just be aware that you're staying in an area far from town, where all the cafes and shops offer the same limited selection. If you love good food and enjoy a cappuccino in the morning, this isn't the place for you.))
The grounds are small and beautiful, the rooms are clean and new, and there's a pleasant view from the window. The room price includes access to one pool (the second isn't necessary and costs an additional 170k). There are electric carts and escalators for easy access to and from the sea. It gets very windy and even chilly in the evenings. We didn't have hot water in our room.
If you want to escape civilization, this place is perfect. If not, it's better to choose a hotel in central Mui Ne.

Great experience at Terracotta Hotel, beautiful view of a forest with a lake. May either take a buggy or walk around the area.
Everything was splendid aside from the birds walking around at the breakfast area, luckily the food are well covered.

A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

The resort itself is an attraction; it has a playground where you can entertain the kids all day for a reasonable ticket price of just over 300. There are also outdoor activities nearby, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to Da Lat city center. Overall, the service is good, and the scenery is beautiful. My only minor gripe is that the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

Room was great, however online it states the room has a balcony & aircon which it did not. Overall really good location & the room was very comfortable.
The pool is on level 2 not level 4 like we were told.
This is a beautiful hotel, even though it's on the smaller side. Absolutely gorgeous! The pool is clean and a comfortable temperature. We had a ground-floor room with direct pool access. The room itself was small but very comfortable overall. The bathroom with the shower cubicle was spacious. The entire front wall of the room was a panoramic sliding window with a view of and access to the pool, and there was a small veranda with a swing, a table, and a chair. The room was clean, as was the hotel grounds. You pre-select your breakfasts for all your stay days during check-in (meaning they have a menu with several dishes for different days of the week, and you can choose one main dish, one appetizer, and one drink). Overall, the breakfasts were good; the pho bo was even very tasty! I also really liked the hotel staff, a sweet girl at the reception and a guy. The girl helped with absolutely everything, from renting a scooter to finding a hospital. A big thank you to the staff! However, there was one downside – the rats. Almost every evening, as we approached our room, rats would scurry out from a corner right under our feet 🤣. I don't think the hotel can do much about it; the problem is more with the trash cans on the sidewalks.
It is cheaper than living by the sea, but if you don't have a car and don't ride a bike, and it is a person's case, unless you are not the kind of person who wants to go to the seaside to play, it is more suitable.
But where to go to the beach when you come to Mui Ne?
This neighborhood is a local area, things are cheap, but there is nothing delicious. Seafood also needs to go to the port.
One man in Mui Ne hit the grab every day, running around.
If you count the taxi money, it is still suitable to live by the sea. Staying for three consecutive days did not take the initiative to replenish water and clean. The front desk is zero English, and the phone software can communicate.
The pool is good, the environment, trees, green plants are good, and there will be mosquitoes at night.
I was very pleased. I loved the service and the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The landlord always responded quickly to requests and was helpful with everything. The hotel was nice; I paid extra for the sauna and hammam, went to the gym, and enjoyed swimming in the pools. The view from the window was beautiful. I am very grateful for your work and I make you happy with your clients.
Aroma Beach Resort & Spa
We stayed at Aroma Beach Resort and were very satisfied. From day one, you could feel the care and attention given to guests: the staff were friendly and always ready to help. They brought ice to our room upon request, and everything was handled quickly and without fuss, making our stay truly comfortable.
We stayed in room 507, which was large, cozy, with a very spacious and comfortable bed, and an excellent sea view. The room was perfect for a good rest after an active day.
I'd also like to specifically mention the breakfasts – they were delicious, with a good selection, and the coffee was genuinely high-quality, which is not always the standard in Vietnam.
🔥 The main highlight of the hotel is the beach area. It's large, convenient, well-thought-out, with plenty of sun loungers. The beach itself is clean, pleasant, with good access to the sea.
The hotel grounds are not huge, but they are lush with greenery, very well-maintained, and beautiful, creating a sense of coziness and privacy. We also liked the pools and the convenient volleyball court right on the beach.
We didn't have dinner at the hotel. Instead, we rented a scooter for our entire stay and explored different eateries in Mui Ne and Phan Thiet every day. This was an excellent decision, a true gastronomic delight with lots of delicious food and new places to discover.
Conclusion:
Aroma Beach Resort 🔥 is an excellent option for a comfortable beach holiday with great service, a pleasant atmosphere, and the opportunity to actively explore the surroundings. We would gladly return again.🫶

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
77Y!Impressed with their service from when you get down from Grab car till you leave. The hotel staffs know what you want and need. Love their afternoon tea (cna choose from 4 types of floral tea).
While sitting down and waiting for my transport to the airport early cold morning, the receptionist serve a cup of hot tea to warm me up. The bell boy help to bring the luggage to the car when the car arrived.
MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
AAmelya81This hotel is not by the sea, and certainly has no beach!
There's a friendly, Russian-speaking owner. The rooms are clean, and the staff is good. Daily housekeeping is provided.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but there's everything you need. Towels and linens are clean.
Our room had a balcony facing the street, which was very noisy. The air conditioning was right above the bed, blowing air directly onto our heads.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The staircases and landings are very narrow, making it extremely inconvenient with luggage.
The breakfasts are sparse, but edible.
The pool is small but quite deep and clean. The sun loungers don't have mattresses, and there are no beach towels provided.
The internet connection is good everywhere. There are cafes and shops nearby.

GGuest UserThe service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better
you made it unforgettable.
MM454890****Cleanliness: Very clean
Environment: The hotel is large, and the lobby is quite unique, with a dragon boat decoration.
Service: When I checked in, I saw what appeared to be a large exhibition group; check-in was very quick.

JJoJoTThis establishment is a themed hotel and a five-star property operated under an international brand, well-suited for families traveling with children.
The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center. It is more conveniently accessed by domestic guests traveling by private car or via organized tour buses. International visitors are advised to approach their stay with a resort-oriented mindset, focusing primarily on on-site leisure and amenities.
Overall, our two-night stay suggested that the hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment.
The reception staff, along with certain other employees, appeared unprofessional, as though insufficiently trained. Their demeanor and level of professionalism during the check-in process were not commensurate with those expected at a luxury hotel.
The lobby is not equipped with air conditioning and relies solely on fans, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment, whereas the elevators are air-conditioned—creating inconsistent temperature conditions throughout the property.
The facilities in the children’s club were visibly unclean, which is a matter of concern.
The 35-square-meter room is reasonably well-appointed, and the separation of the toilet and shower is a commendable design feature. However, certain details reflect inadequate maintenance; for instance, the shower curtain exhibited signs of mold.
The adult swimming pool is of good quality and constitutes a positive aspect of the hotel. In contrast, the children’s pool is rather limited in design, lacking slides or other recreational features.
The restaurant offerings are average in terms of variety, presentation, and taste—adequate but unremarkable. This represents a notable drawback, particularly for guests intending to spend most of their time dining within the hotel.
