We've been eating here for years and the meatballs with ouzo sauce are still my favorite thing on the menu. The place gets busy but the food stays consistent. Vasili's crew always takes care of us.

The staff fixed my order mix-up right away, made a fresh pizza without any fuss. That meant a lot to me. Pizza was good too, lots of toppings, just like usual. The seating was comfortable, which I always appreciate. Nice to have a meal without any hassle for a change.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the grilled chicken plate — came out fast, still hot. Portion was solid for what you pay. Staff didn't hover, just checked if I needed anything else. Fine spot if you're in a hurry and want something decent.

Stopped here for lunch after a walk along the harbor. The view of the water is really nice, you can see the boats from the table. I had the grilled fish and it was fresh, simple, not overdressed. Just the way I like it. Service was friendly, no rush. A bit pricey for the portion, but the quality was there.

The lamb chops were really good, cooked just right. Portions are generous for the price, which I always appreciate. They even brought out some complimentary wine and watermelon at the end, a nice little touch. Service was friendly, nothing too fussy. Just a solid, comfortable meal without any hassle.

Came here before opening time and the owner looked a bit annoyed at first. But he let us in anyway and honestly the food was the best I had in the village. Place is clean too. Just glad we waited it out.

Came here for a late lunch and honestly left full. The portions are big — I ordered the moussaka and it could’ve fed two. Price was fair for what you got, especially with the house wine being cheap and decent. They also brought out free raki and a little sweet thing at the end, which was a nice touch. Nothing fancy, but solid.

Stopped by for a late lunch and left completely full. Got the lamb and it was a solid chunk of meat, not some tiny fancy portion. For the price, honestly hard to complain. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing is the waiter took a bit to come back for the bill, but whatever. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

We stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed a table right by the sand. The shrimp linguine was really good, plenty of shrimp and the sauce had a nice kick. Service was quick, which I appreciated since we were hungry. Only thing is the chairs are a bit low for the tables, but it's a beach bar so no big deal. Nice spot to just relax for a while.

Came for the Greek coffee and honestly it was the best part. Strong, thick, exactly how it should be. Right on the beach so you get that nice breeze while you sip. Staff were chill, not rushing me at all. Just wish the cup was a bit bigger 😅

The gyro here cost more than I usually pay, but honestly it was worth it. Meat was juicy, tzatziki was fresh. Place was busy but the guy at the counter still managed to be friendly. Not somewhere I'd go every week, but if you're craving a proper one, it hits the spot.

The grilled octopus here was properly done—tender, with a nice smoky char. We sat outside and the view was decent, nothing over the top but pleasant enough. It's a family-run spot, so the service felt personal, not rushed. Prices were fair for what we got. Only small thing: the bread could've been warmer. But overall a pretty good stop.

The pork chop was massive and came with a nice local red that paired well. View over the sea is lovely. Service kept things moving without rushing us.

Solid food, right by the sea. Had the grilled fish and some local wine by the litre—good stuff. Place has been around forever, so it gets busy. Book ahead, seriously. Service was a bit rushed but fine.

We came for dinner and the service was attentive and friendly. The lamb shank was incredibly tender and full of flavor, definitely a dish I'd order again.

Lamb chops were proper. Big portions, fair price. Place is tucked away, not touristy. Felt like a real neighborhood spot. Maybe not fancy but who cares. Solid meal.

Stopped by for lunch and ended up with the daily special—stuffed vine leaves that tasted like they came straight from someone’s yiayia’s kitchen. The staff actually took time to explain what everything was, which I appreciated since my Greek is basically nonexistent. Portions were decent for the price. Would’ve liked a bit more bread on the side, but honestly didn’t need it.

The fried zucchini flowers and tzatziki were solid, and the portions were huge—definitely enough for two. Service was quick too. Just wish the dessert wasn't complimentary, would've paid for more of that.

Stopped by for lunch after walking around the old town. Found it down a side street, easy to miss but worth the detour. Had the boureki—fresh, well-seasoned, not greasy at all. Service was quick and polite. Place was quiet, which was a nice break from the crowds. Decent price for what you get. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The baklava here was something else—flaky, honey-soaked, exactly how it should be. Paired it with a strong Greek coffee, worked better than any dessert wine I’ve tried lately.

Gyro was solid, chicken sandwich tasty too. Fries came out crispy, which is always a win. Kid menu is a plus if you've got little ones.

The T-bone was massive and cooked just right—didn’t leave a bite. Raki list was solid too, perfect way to end the meal. Place gets busy, but worth it.

The sunset view from the table was unreal, right on the beach. Food was tasty and the staff were nice. Got a bit dark but the tree lights made it cozy.

Nice selection of local beers and cider. The bartender was friendly and helped me pick one. Good spot if you're in the area.

The waiter knew his wine list inside out and paired a Greek white with my meal perfectly. Gluten allergy was handled carefully too. Rare to find that level of attention.

Been coming here for a while now, always for the vegan gyros. Not easy to find that done properly in Chania, so I keep coming back. Staff remembered me and adjusted the order without me asking. That consistency is why I stay loyal. Place gets busy, but the food stays solid.

The pasta here was properly seasoned, not shy with the salt or the garlic. Portions are big, I couldn't finish mine. Right by the beach so you get that breeze while you eat. Only thing is it gets a bit busy around sunset, but that's on me for showing up late.

Stopped by for lunch on a work trip. Had the chicken with lemon and potatoes—solid, home-style cooking. Portion was decent for the price. Service was quick, no fuss. They brought raki at the end, which was a nice touch. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you want real Cretan food without the tourist markup.
