The 34 m high and 250 tons of Buddha Temple of Heaven is the world's largest bronze Buddha statue. Construction began in 1990 for more than 60 million Hong Kong dollars, took three years to build. The Buddha body was cast with more than 200 copper pieces, and the Buddha's solemn and peaceful face shone in the sun.
