Zhang Xueliang's former residence, also known as Zhang's Shuaifu, is located at No. 46 Shaoshuaifu Lane, Chaoyang Street, Shenhe District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It was built in the Republic of China for three years (1914), and was the official residence and private residence of Zhang Xueliang, the former leader of the Feng Department warlord, and the general of the National Revolutionary Army in the 1920s. Zhang Xueliang's former residence covers an area of 3.6 10,000 square meters, and the construction area is 2.76 10,000 square meters. It consists of four parts of the Central Hospital, the East Hospital, the West Hospital and the outside Hospital. The Central Hospital is a three-in-one courtyard house, sitting north and south, showing the "me" font, imitating the Wangfu style building. The East Courtyard is a garden, with large and small green buildings built in the north and south, and a Zhang's family temple dedicated to Guandi in the northeast corner. The West Courtyard is a red building group. The three courtyards are surrounded by 4 meters high green brick walls. The buildings outside the courtyard have three buildings in Shuaifu Office, Bianye Bank and Miss Zhao Si Building. Zhang Xueliang's old residence architecture, from space combination, construction technology, building materials, equipment and facilities to art form, has a distinct representation in each stage of Shenyang's modern development, which is the epitome of the whole process of Shenyang's modern construction development.
