The location of the hotel is a bit away from the city. It takes about ten minutes to drive. There is no business around the hotel, and it is all other hotels. Free parking is available on the roadside around the hotel, which is great! The service of the hotel is also good, the front desk service is very smooth, want to be quiet and leisure, here is a good choice.

The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either. I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

The room is big and has a big balcony. It is next to the train station and there is an M supermarket next to the train station. The hotel service is very good, the hygiene and environment are good. I like this hotel very much

The room is well decorated and clean, but there is no free water, not even a hot water bottle. You have to pay for water. The location is not very close to the city center. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. The surrounding is very quiet. , they all seem to be high-end residences. Apart from the delicious breakfast, I can't think of any other advantages.

We were a little disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, we had to pay 20 Euros for a taxi to catch our flight departing at 6am as the hotel’s free airport shuttle doesn’t start until 5am. There are very few amenities near the hotel. We were also hoping to weigh our suitcases before checking out but the hotel has no sets of scales. In hindsight, we would have been better staying in the city for another night.

The room is bright and big enough. It is located near the Real Madrid Stadium and has convenient transportation to major attractions. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway, but you can take the 150 bus, which is just opposite and you can enjoy the beautiful city view of Madrid. I particularly like the hotel breakfast, especially the drinks are very thoughtful

This is the BEST Edition I've stayed ever, from the moment I got off the taxi, the staff was so attentive, from checking in to going to my room, everything was seamless. Every staff you meet in the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the hotel is second to none and love the interior design in the hotel. Definitely will stay again

Was really impress with hotel. I am someone who is cautious and nervous being out of my home country. Truly one of the best hotels I stayed at while on my trip through Spain. Room was not completely cleaned, bedding had stains but the location is perfect it allows you to see more when going into the center of Madrid.

The room is good but the price is too high for what they offer. In the minibar there was no bottle of water. The bed was comfortable but in general quality/price ratio does not deserve it. The room costs €75 and you are asked for a surcharge for parking and breakfast!
