Hotel Lero Hotel Lero was a great choice during my time in Dubrovnik. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and the breakfast had a nice variety. It’s a short walk or quick drive to both the Old Town and the boat port, which made getting around really easy. Would happily stay again!

Absolutely a wonderful hotel all around. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary with so much to offer. What is exceptional about this property that I learned once we got there was how they have an Asian spa version of rooms in their spa. They have a salt room, steam room, igloo room, a turkish bath, indoor pool, warm pool, cold pool, rainforest shower ... we went to the pool and in the sea off the cliffs everyday and it was just wonderful. At night they had live entertainment. One of the best hotels in the wrold!

Super Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Shower is one of the best with good water pressure for all of the hotels that we have stayed in Europe. Great and friendly services. If you are busy visiting the city, there is not much value to book the Rooms with sea view and balcony. Parking is extra at 12 Euro per day.

This hotel has a great view~ There is also an infinite pool The view from here is amazing. However, I chose a standard room So the view from the room was completely ruined ㅠㅠ I think it would be good to check the view when choosing a room~ Also The hotel seems a bit old, so it feels a bit old~ The room was a bit cold ㅠ However, the view from outside is amazing, so if you choose a good room, you will be satisfied.

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

A very beautiful hotel, especially during the Christmas period. The room rate is very cost-effective, only about 1,000 yuan. Compared with 5,000 or 6,000 yuan a night in the peak season, it is really a calculation. And it only takes five minutes to walk to the ancient city. When you are tired, go back to the hotel and have a rest before entering the ancient city. The breakfast is rich. In addition to buffets, you can also order different types of eggs. The dinner is also very delicious. The price is not much more expensive than outside, but the quality is very high. The service level is already good in Europe, but of course the service quality cannot be compared with that in the Mainland. There is also an indoor swimming pool and gym. It is really a very good hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at with endless stunning views of old town, which is a short walk away. The beach area is a relaxing area to spend a day with several lounge chairs, quick access to the crystal clear sea, and staff to take your drink and food orders. The outdoor bar area is the perfect spot to drink a glass of local wine while watching the sunset. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was upgraded to a room with a terrace and had the best view of the fireworks show.

Staffs are very helpful and caring. We have very early morning flight and need to leave hotel before breakfast starts. The staff offers to prepare breakfast box for us to take to airport. The hotel is relatively new considering the similar age of hotel. It takes only 20 mins Uber to old town which I find it’s completely acceptable. It’s good choice for relax and also not far from airport. We will definitely go back to stay this hotel if we visit here again.

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

SSharon AmandaThis is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.

SSeat 2AAlthough this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night. My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly. Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic. The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person. As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

JJowoThe overall hardware facilities of the hotel are OK, the scenery is beautiful, it is best to choose a sea view room. If you don't need service, you should be able to spend a satisfactory holiday here; But in fact, this is a 5-star hotel. Generally, partners who choose 5-star hotels mostly choose service experience (that is, ourselves). As a result, this hotel has almost ”0” service; from the entry-level luggage pick-up and drop-off problems, front desk service, and catering services, the whole process requires ”self-sufficiency” The service is the worst 5-star hotel I have stayed in so far. In addition, Dubrovnik is expensive among the cities in Croatia, so if you choose this hotel, you can refer to the cost-effectiveness comparison of the old city hotel when traveling. The parking lot provided by the hotel is charged, 10 euros/day. Partners who drive can park their cars on the roadside next to the hotel (the hotel front desk will suggest this). The overall parking fee in Dubrovnik is relatively high. If you stay here to enter the old city, we choose Uber, which is 5-6 euros one way. The hotel breakfast varies from person to person. I am personally more satisfied; my husband thinks that compared with the rich products in the area, the breakfast category is still scarce. It is basically a Western breakfast. The hotel's own gym is pretty good, with a simple sauna room that guests staying here can use for free. Finally, I wish you all a happy trip to Dubrovnik.

Fflower999123The Royal Princess Hotel is the best hotel in this European tour, no doubt about it! Facilities: The luxurious sea view suite chosen this time is decorated in a medieval style, luxurious and atmospheric, very palace style, with two super large rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a double sink. All bedding, mattresses, and bathrooms are of super high configuration. Outside the luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass windows is the endless Adriatic Sea. Sitting in the room to watch the sunrise and sunset is simply amazing! The hotel gym is fully equipped with equipment, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. After dinner, you can experience it. It really feels like a vacation! Hygiene: It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. It is clean and tidy, and the details reveal the quality of a star hotel everywhere! Environment: The hotel faces the sea, and the overall environment layout is very good. The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including seawater swimming pools and rooftop infinity pools! After the second day of the tour, come back and enjoy the romance of the infinity pool, accompanied by the sunset of the Adriatic Sea, don't be too beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also a seaside table, where you can enjoy delicious food while watching the sea view. The hotel has several dinner restaurants, most of which are seaside restaurants with great views. We ordered food here both nights, and the dishes were very flavorful! Service: The lobby staff was enthusiastic and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions, the location and functional layout of each area of the hotel, and drew them one by one with a pen, so that we could have a pleasant experience here! If the rating standard is 100, I would give the Royal Princess Hotel 120 points! It's too good value and meets all my wishes for a sea view room!
