My daughter said that the bread for breakfast was delicious and I wanted to go again. Moving cars and carts is a bit troublesome, but I enjoyed the resort feeling, this time it was the pool main, and it was a scale that even children could enjoy enough. The bath time was barely enough, but he was willing to arrange a reservation-based car, so I didn't rush the bath, and the customer service was very polite.

The hotel is right next to the Architectural wonders of Awaji and you can view them with the seaview as a background right from the balcony. The size of the room is also very comfortable. Would also like to recommend booking the breakfast buffet. We have tried two restaurants from the hotel and bought souvenirs from the shop and have nothing to complain about.

Very nice and cosy ryokan with beautiful interiors, perfect personnel service and onsen. Private bath was great. Also we liked bath with hot water on the balcony in a room. Good location in Arima.
I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel was better than expected. The room was large enough for luggage. Bed was cozy and clean. Air conditioning was quiet. The location was convenient - 10 mins walk to subway station via a bridge, and 10-15 mins to Shinsaibashi via subway. I’d recommend this hotel.

The room environment is convenient, Zhouben Hot Spring is the first choice , but the transportation fee on the off-road island is very expensive, the self-driving tour is not more than thousands of mosquitoes Hong Kong dollars transportation bridge fee, you can consider other places, but it is based on the hotel, it is really very Good

Very good
Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)
There was a shuttle bus to the hotel after jr came down. I was not too far away. The hotel service was very good, warm, dinner was good, the crab was very fresh, the beef was tender, and the food was full. If you have a small appetite, I recommend tempura That ’s right, there is a Chinese-speaking little girl who will carefully introduce when eating. There are two rooms facing the street below. It is very comfortable to sit and see the scenery below.

GGuest UserReally a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile.
We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes.
Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room.
Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try.
If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you.
The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.
SSvetlanaI really enjoyed staying at this ryokan! Great location, high level of service, delicious dinner and breakfast. We were delighted with the public onsen, we also really liked the onsen inside the ryokan - it's great that you can go in in the morning and warm up before leaving.
A special plus for us was that the ryokan allows guests with tattoos to stay.
Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip 🤗
GGuest UserGreat stay, tasty breakfast buffet, clean comfortable room with wonderful view of Kobe city & harbour, conveniently located near JR Shin Kobe station.
MMonielleThe hot springs are good, there is indoor and outdoor onsen. The room is clean and there are many free things such as free ramen, free yakult, free ice cream and jelly in the room. Very satisfied and will want to come back again. Hotel is also beside one of the entrance to Chinatown
GGuest UserA great ryokan!
Located 5 minutes from the Arima bus station.
We chose a room with two beds in a European style - we were met by a Russian-speaking girl, she showed us to the room, told us everything. Dinner and breakfast, as in most places, must be ordered at least 3 days before arrival. Please note that check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.
The room is spacious, there is a free massage chair, tea, there is no bath or shower in the room. Since the building is old, you need to be quiet, since there is no soundproofing.
We took dinner for 15,000 yen - they offer you a time, at the right time they show you to the table. It was delicious, but not too impressive. I would like to hear more information about the dishes from the staff. The food was brought out quickly, the staff is trying very hard. The dining room looks great.
The source itself is quite small, I didn't really like the system with a low partition, but if you want to be alone, or you have a tattoo, you can visit it at night - it is open all day, except for 00:00-01:00 and 09:30-10:30 for cleaning. The water is golden
We also took a private bath for 5500 yen/60 minutes, it is 5 minutes from the building, it is quite scary to go there at night, I wanted an escort. There is a hammam and all the necessary accessories.
GGuest UserThe selected 1.8 rice bed room, the area is OK in Japan.
The bed is too soft! ! ! Stayed for six nights, changing towels every day to collect garbage, although I think the bedding does not need to be changed to be more environmentally friendly, but there is still a reminder. And if you don't change the bedding, you should at least make the bed, although we would have laid the quilt.
Two people lived in two room cards, one day forgot to bring a card to make up one, when I checked out, I was charged 3,000 yen, and a repeated use of the room card was too expensive! I asked for a receipt, if I found it, I would like to say it again.
Small business hotel, but in addition to the above problems are very good, there is a 24-hour hot spring bath on the 2nd floor, the restaurant on the 9th floor has a good view of the scenery. Every night, the rooftop lounge chair on the top floor is also good.
SsteamyboatzLove this quaint little ryokan at Kinosaki! The service is friendly although not much English is spoken there. Expect the staff to introduce you the amenities of the ryokan such as the free first-come -first-serve private onsen (there are a total of 4, but recommend the one named Hana because it's the newest and the nicest). The room itself is tiny but comfortable. There is no shower in the room, so would have to take the shower at the onsen or at the ryokan's own onsen. The room package came with kaiseki (we had the snow crab one) and it was delicious with pretty looking food. The blanket was thick and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. There was not much view from our room.
GGuest UserWow, this was our first time staying at a Dormy and we loved it. We've stayed at other business hotels, and Dormy has been the best this far. The roof top onsen was great, very clean with lots of personal care products to use. They offer free ice cream (popsicles after onsen 🤤) and ramen in the evening, and free yakult in the morning. The room size is economical, bit larger than other business hotels we stayed in.
Parking is not free, it's 1300 a night (if there's space). If it matters, the pajamas they provide are not visually appealing, though they are comfortable (a shirt and pants, both using synthetic sweat wicking (think athletic wear) fabrics).
NNote11thaiGreat location, just opposite to the Kobe station. We can walk from the station to the hotel by underground shopping walk. It's especially good during the rain that we don't have to get wet. Also there's a shopping complex and harbour land for those who come with kids. 2 super market and mall at the station.
10-15 minutes walk to Kobe tower or to overlook the Kobe port. 20 minutes or so to go to Taira no Kiyomori statue.
The room is a bit old, but big enough for us to open luggages. Bathroom has amenities which we don't need to ask for like other hotel. Overall I think it's worth money. If I have a chance, I will come and stay again.
GGuest UserI was assigned to a very dusty room. When I opened the room door, I smelled something unpleasant and stuffy. There was dust everywhere, on the lamps, on the wall in front of the bed, on the door to the terrace...so I had to clean the room by myself. I really wonder if the room was carefully cleaned before it was ready for use. The mattress looked like 20-year old and the bed sheet was outworn, making me doubt if the hotel was really built in 2017. It was the most expensive hotel I booked in Kobe - over 400 USD per night. It was not worth the money. Strongly recommend visitors not to select this hotel.
