The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property location wise from the station is in a great position. Noise wise, not so good! We were room 702, it was very noisy with the trains going by constantly. The room is also very hot, with the heating automatically controlled by the hotel. Breakfast is a set menu and very expensive for what it is, we paid for 3 days of breakfast up front, but after the first day decided not to have it again. Only 2 machines in the entire hotel for laundry.

Room was spacious for three with each person a single bed, very comfortable, very classic and elegant furnishing, bathroom and toilet was separated. Staffs were helpful and friendly and they can understand simple English. Good location and very close from the Kanazawa station with lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and tastes good! Would highly recommend this place and I would also like to go back here again during my next visit.

Very good hotel, with good hardware and software facilities. It is within walking distance of the main attractions in Kanazawa. The transportation is very convenient, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The most amazing thing is the breakfast, which has a rich variety. Each dish is placed in a small bowl, which feels a bit like Kaiseki cuisine. The front desk service attitude is very good, and many things can be negotiated. All five-star praise.

Hotel was a short 10 minutes walk from the huge station. Check-in and -out was simple, amenities are available for pick up at the ground floor if necessary. Staff was ready to assist with my queries, helping me check online when I received an earthquake alert.

Location of hotel is just a road across the Omi-cho Station. About 15 mins walk from the JR Kanazawa station. Nearest convenience store is about 8 mins walk away. We stayed in room 202, just beside the laundry room which one can find microwave ovens, water dispenser, vending machine and a smoking room. Though just staying beside, I'm surprised there's very minimal noise, and it was soooo convenient when we did our laundry. Staff were great too. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

It is about 5 minutes away from the JR station. There are many shopping malls and supermarkets around, which is very friendly to food lovers. The hotel service is in place and pays attention to details. In snowy and rainy days, transparent umbrellas are placed at the door for tourists to pick up. The room is OK, with 2 suitcases and space to move freely. Nohi and Hokkien Railway Bus Station are at the west exit, which is convenient for self-guided tourists to transfer and take the bus. The management is standardized and enthusiastic.

Onsen was really good with lots of space to roam. Hotel provides free ice cream and probiotic drinks for post bath from the natural hot spring. Also, the hotel provides free yakinosoba at night for supper. Overall a very good hotel.

The location is quite good, and we had chosen family room, even this is not too big, still can open 3 luggage to organise ours stuff, and to be honest, it is quite noisy when getting dark, too much party around.

The hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful! We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me willing to stay here again in the future. The price is cheap, but the location is relatively biased. There is a problem with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees of Check-in and Check-out are not good in English and need to use online translation. However, because they are still afraid of communicating with foreigners, they can flash and flash, and the hotel facilities are not explained. I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will book a ”Random Room” in the future, and I don't feel that the room is better for spending more money), they may want to help me line up, so I gave me two triple rooms, but I won't say it when I check-in. I only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking which one of us was going to live for two people. (It doesn't matter at all, the hotel didn't move the extra beds, ask me why this?) It may be written on the hotel's official website, but it is not written clearly on trip.com) This hotel is more biased towards leisure hotels, you can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., or you can ride an electric car to the lake for free. If you look at the dinner specifications of the hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below the level. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the sink of the bath, almost every one has hair inside, and the cleanliness needs to be strengthened. The management of breakfast is also problematic. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

Hotel facilities are a bit old, the basics are all Japanese, the front desk service is very poor, we arrived at about 2:30, the Japanese who arrived at the same time were led in batches, we also checked in, but did not give the key , said check in the specified time is 3 points, only 3 points to give, and later to the theory before giving 10 minutes earlier. Obviously different treatment! However, it is necessary to specify that the door-to-door driver and the baggage master serve the first-class bar. They smile and face each other, and they greet each other with a big compliment. The front desk should really learn from them! The surrounding towns can be said to be nowhere to go, not recommended. It is better to have a horse hot spring and Yufuyuan!

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

The equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. . Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!

Kishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times. You need to reserve a time in advance. Just use your email address. The pick-up and drop-off staff are very friendly and the hotel service is better. It is in place, and the period architecture adds to the Japanese style of the hot spring hotel. It has a clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast and dinner, considerate hot tea and snacks in the lobby, and a beautiful open-air hot spring and scenery near the stream on the first floor. There is also a hotel next to the hotel. There are Hexianxi Trail and Hot Spring Street Town, both of which are refreshing and relaxing hot spring tours. It is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to Kaga Onsen Station. You can make an appointment by calling. The hot spring hotel offers one night and two meals. The service and dishes are always impeccable. The hotel is located in the center of Kaga Onsen Town, next to Hoshino Kai. The water quality of Yamashiro Onsen is very good. Five minutes every morning and evening will make your skin feel very obvious. The tableware is very exquisite. It may be because it is adjacent to the Rosanjin Residence and Kutani Ware production area. Before the meal, the dedicated elderly butler will put on the kimono and sash for the guests. It is very quiet here. I stayed comfortably for two nights. The only thing is that the food is large. If you don’t eat it, you will waste it. After eating, you will feel too full. By the way, there is free ice cream at the lobby bar on the first floor during the day. There is a half-hour piano performance at 9:00-9:30 at night. The young man who sent us to the station at the end has a pair of big eyes and is very handsome. The hotel also has waiters who can speak Chinese and English. There are more elderly and polite waiters. The belts worn by the elderly are really beautiful and comfortable.

When leaving, the reception staff will bow and wave goodbye. It is a traditional Japanese hotel and is the choice of Japanese tourist resort hotels.

The location of the hotel was easy to understand, the hot spring bath was clean, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was great with many kinds of contents, and the view from the restaurant and guest rooms was beautiful and the best. I would like to use it again.

I stayed here in December. The lowest temperature was 3 degrees, so it was cold outside, but the hotel was heated and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, and razors were available at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. It was only a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very convenient for Komatsu Airport. I was very satisfied.

I took a smoking room for a week by mistake, but I changed it to a non-smoking room on Tuesday. However, the non-smoking room I had changed was very dirty, and the dirt was scattered on the floor after the bath, so I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night to confirm it. After confirmation, he changed the room to the highest level. The view and the size of the room were large enough for one person.

This hotel was incredible! You are welcomed like royalty with a tea ceremony while looking out onto the beautiful garden. The rooms are huge and are simply incredible. There are two public onsens, one for each gender and if you want a private Onsen you can book that too. We are nearby in several really nice izakiyas which were fantastic. The younger staff, as well as the owner and his daughter speak English and one of the receptionists is Chinese. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you want a really traditional ryokan and a relaxing stay just book this hotel. It is truly amazing!

Fantastic Hotel, a little outside of the way if you’re traveling from the airport. No connecting trains to make it easy, but the staff are courteous and kind, and their Onsen is great!
