The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a lot of amenities, and the complimentary coffee and tea bags were a thoughtful touch; the drip coffee was especially delicious! 👍 I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kanazawa next time!

If there's a Daiwa, I'll always choose Daiwa first! This one is at Kanazawa West Exit. Just walk past the entrance of the HYATT Regency hotel on your right, then turn right again, and you're there. I got a random room type, which turned out to be a twin room. I arrived at Kanazawa Station at 13:01 and at the hotel at 13:06. The front desk said there was a room available and checked me in right away, saving me the hassle of storing my luggage. So grateful! 🥹 The toilet is separate, the sink is separate, and the shower room even has a bathtub. The space is plenty big, clean, and tidy!!! Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from the West Exit of Kanazawa Station, right next to the Hyatt. Compared to other Daiwa hotels, the decor here is much more refined, and the room was quite spacious. Really impressed!

Room is spacious and very nicely decorated. There’s tv console with vanity corner, with plenty of table top space which is typically lacking in compact hotel rooms. Bathroom is spacious with separated toilet, bathroom and sink area.
