Love the hotel so much ❤️ definitely will come back again for this hotel 😘👍 their staff is all excellent and service as well 🤭 was choosing king bed room and the room was so big and the sunset view is another add on point 😍 the location is great, just next to the night market, 7e, Watsons and next corner got super market just inside the Odean Mall

The area is not too noisy after midnight. Lifts are very good cause it has two units. The level 6xx air conditioning is good, very cold except a little bit noisy. My room was spacious and with a mini freezer. The bed is okay not too soft. Breakfast is standard local style, only served up to 10 am. Room reset needs to inform or request with the house keeping else will not be done. Location is okay cause there are many eateries and 7-11 stores nearby. Day/night front desk receptionist are okay and helpful. In house massage at Level 2 only operated up to 7pm.

What a fantastic place to stay in Songkhla! This brand-new luxury hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved everything about the resort from the beautiful landscape grounds to the modern interior. I had an amazing experience, especially when I received a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless with stunning river view. The hotel has great amenities, including a karaoke room (with a special promotion for Malaysians!), many ballrooms and beautiful designed spa. My only concern is that they should place some chairs on the balcony so guests can fully enjoy the beautiful view of the river and greenery. (Room type: Executive Suite) My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return again in the future!

I returned here after 2 years, they have maintained the premises well, expanded and accommodated well to the changes in terms of variety of food at breakfast, services at the hotel. Due to being in a little isolated area, having a bar operate till late hours, adding a few more options to the menu, having more lights leading up to the hotel and parking to ensure safety may be a great addition. The pool may get a little crowded some hours but otherwise overall, great environment!

A slightly more expensive hotel than the ones nearby. But for its' price, it's definitely a higher end hotel compared to those around it. You get what you paid for.

Overall the room was nice and awesome, just some minor problems such as charging point is not working, aircond takes time to cool down and water was slow

Easy checkin. Tak perlukan deposit.. Kena tinggalkan passport dekat receptionist. Parking utk guests hotel disediakan tapi tak bnyk. So kalau takda parking, park jauh sikit and jalan ke hotel. Hotel baru, selesa. Aircond sejuk, toilet bersih. Tv, refrigerator functioning well.. Boleh pakai plug malaysia.. Staff okk…

Good location nearby have 7 eleven, massage centre, pub cafe and also many local and Asian food shop. Room very clean and I have a good and happy stay in M Hotel. And get booking easy and more value offer price by Trip. Com app.

Shady, cool, economical price, nearby there are very delicious restaurants. There are bedding, air conditioner, hot water, private bathroom. Helpful staff Beaming There are dogs, cats, chickens, birds, cute, not busy. But the mattress is stuffy, the room is stuffy, the bedding is old, the bathroom is very old, the accommodation is old, some wood are peeling, you must be careful.
