The hotel is very nice, for the first time in Asia and stayed satisfied. The room we got with the balcony on the road, so it was noisy, the windows opened opposite each other to breathe at least some night, humidity high and warm. In the rooms clean, every day give a litre of water, toothbrushes, shampoo, air conditioner and gel, vatty sticks.Cleaned every day, towels changed every day too. The mattresses were not very good, but in principle not tense. Hot water was always. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied, fruits, even though not season, were every day and singing. They gave rice, pasta, Vietnamese soups, becon, sausages good, potatoes (fried, purée), cucu-cuz and many different trimmings. The food prices in the hotel restaurant are relatively small, more expensive than in the streets but acceptable and edible. Staff speak English not very much as Russian. But everything with phones and translator can be agreed without problems. The beach is clean and all of the shells, but it was not lying on it at our time of arrival - the sea came to the wall itself. Going a little further on the left is dirty and smells unpleasant, and on the right is concrete embankment, so with the beach is very lucky. The waves are strong and very fun, we have not regretted once that we went to such a sea (there are just areas with the sea calm) Food near the hotel can be very cheap and delicious. The servings are huge, 60% food with a squeeze or to serve with a sharp sauce. Alcohol is cheap, beer copies, tequila is not bathing and relatively inexpensive. Massage was very enjoyable at the hotel itself, girls are doing very well. The price was very pleasant $10 an hour. They do a real hour with scrape and ether oil something similar to a balsam star. The husband does not like massage, but remained in full delight and we went not once! For such a price! Hotel is advised for a quiet and quiet rest, children were not many in our trip. As a matter of fact, animals are allowed here and we have 2 furry dogs running here. The pool is open until 22:00 and warm, after sunset to swim one pleasure. The territory is very nice, lots of flowers and cactus, installations (sparks, frogs, Buddha, etc.) all laid out with tiles (traumatic and cuffy). One word for a rude and simple tourist is just a fairy tale! )

Incredible hotel! Beautiful setting, huge rooms, cleaned to perfection and friendly and attentive staff! We were lucky enough to arrive when the hotel was very quiet so had the main pool to ourselves for the first day and then only a handful of people on the second. The breakfast is delicious and I couldn’t get enough of their French toast and Vietnamese coffee! So much choice - delicious salami too. The trip was for my birthday and I arrived to a happy birthday message in my room and a cake delivered at turn down. Such a wonderful extra that was unexpected and extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. This were first time in Vietnam and when we came home today I saying too my wife this where really holiday, when we arrived we were surprised by the Hotel ! The garden and pool aria are like botanic garden / jungle, Room nothing to complain about As hole hotel aria are in good standards nothing that’s broken, Best are breakfast ! Nothing is missing 2 chefs doing cooking Asien / western food. The manager Ibrahim I think were the name came every day and check at every thing were okay. Sun beds are at the pool and beach and good service from the beach bar

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

Rooms are nice, spacious, modern and offer a nice view of the ocean. Good feeling of privacy in your own little cabin with a balcony and well maintained gardens outside. The shower was broken when we arrived and blood red rusty water shot out when we first tried it. We were kindly given the neighboring cabin. Unfortunately the phone service was also not working in both cabins we visited so we needed to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp. Another unfortunate part of our stay was when we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us. It took 30 minutes to arrive and were charged over double the cost of the Grab we took on the way home from the Mui Ne main town. Would reccomend if you want a beautiful view and a quiet private room. But it does not have first class amenities or service.

Wonderful resort in a tropical, well-maintained garden. Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. Unfortunately, the area outside the resort premises - poor, dirty and neglected.
