The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

The hotel is good. Room just fine, but the bathroom room little bit smelly. Also, sometimes you can hear motorcycle crossing in the midnight. That's so disturbing. But overall, it's good

The room is comfortable, clean. Overall, the hotel is really good, especially if you bring children. There is a children's playground and a swimming pool.

Second time stay @dafam. Everything is good especially the breakfast. I love the omelette so much. The room and the bed ar large.
