Easy to book and there are multiple QR codes for the multiple passengers. Stopping at namba station was the easiest as it's walking distance from our hotel.

When traveling with children, I think the airport limousine is much more convenient than the Rapit, where you have to find underground exits and carry your luggage up and down stairs. You can board directly at the ground level, and they help with loading and unloading your bags.👍 I was worried about traffic since it was the weekend and evening, but we arrived comfortably and without any delays. I plan to book the return trip as well.

I highly recommend the Have Fun in Kansai Premium Pass, specifically the Deluxe version that includes Universal Studios Japan (USJ). For a trip that focuses on major Osaka attractions and requires convenient airport transfers, this pass is an absolute no-brainer for maximizing value.

The Osaka Amazing Pass doesn't need to be redeemed; just show the QR code on-site. You can choose three activities within a week. If your pre-planned itinerary includes these activities, it's worth buying the pass. I took the Dotonbori River Water Boat; I recommend arriving before sunset to take the boat and have dinner by the river in the evening. Around that time, take the subway to the Abeno 300 Observatory near Tennoji Station. Ticket sales stop at 9 PM and it closes at 10 PM. The 360-degree panoramic view of Osaka's nightscape is absolutely worth it. I didn't time my trip well with the third activity, the Sakisu Government House Observatory, and it was already closed when I arrived. I recommend using Google Maps; it will indicate whether it's closed.

The service was excellent which made us free hands for transporting from Nara to Kyoto after hiking in Yoshino. The status of our luggage transport was prompted and reliable. The customer service of LuggAgent was helpful and responsible. I received message or e-mail once they pick up or delivered my luggage. It was my first time using this kind of service and I may definitely recommend to my friends.
