HagifusaAkiraIt's changed so much compared to 2019! It's much more educational for kids now. They even have a permanent Ultraman exhibit – no boy can resist that! 🤣 The birthday month activities are really good; I saw the show I missed last time, and all the animals are doing great here.

zwg_168The Shanghai Museum is one of Shanghai's iconic landmarks, boasting a rich collection of artifacts, especially ancient paintings, calligraphy, and bronzes. The Egyptian pyramid artifacts exhibition held here attracts visitors from all over the country. The museum offers dining options, and visitors can carefully examine the artifacts.

M30***73I visited the Shanghai Wild Animal Park a long time ago and always had a good impression of it. This time, I brought my baby. Upon entering the park, we first took the free shuttle bus to see the wild animals, avoiding the crowds. By the time we finished our tour, the queues were already quite long. Then we watched the show. The overall time arrangement was reasonable, although the two animal shows were somewhat repetitive; seeing one would have been enough.

AmyfightingThe planetarium is truly beautiful and worth a visit. I feel it's best suited for those who enjoy astronomy and have some basic knowledge, especially students in grades 5 or 6 and above. A guided tour is necessary; otherwise, it's a wasted visit. Get off at Dishui Lake subway station, either Exit 3 or 4 is fine. Some online reviews suggested taking a taxi, but it's not necessary (though you might need one during the hot summer months). Just follow your phone's navigation; the distance to the traffic lights is short, it's really close. Especially in November, on a sunny day, walking with your child to enjoy the scenery and soak up the sun is so pleasant, it only takes a few minutes. Pass by Dishui Lake Square, McDonald's, Dishui Lake Back Street, and Sponge Park, and it's just a short walk away. We booked entry for 1 PM, but since it was our first time, we didn't book movie tickets. We'll probably come back again.

Anonymous userThe Shanghai Ocean Aquarium is a must-see! The underwater tunnel offers a truly immersive experience, with schools of fish swimming overhead – a truly breathtaking sight. It boasts a comprehensive collection of rare marine life, with clearly defined and easy-to-navigate exhibits and plenty of informative content. The staff are friendly, the flow of visitors is smooth and not crowded, and you can quickly enjoy the wonders of the underwater world – excellent value for money.

Anonymous userThis was surprisingly one of our best attractions visited in Shanghai! I was not expecting a massive indoor amusement park in it with various attractions, performances, shows and playground for kids. We went in at 4pm for 7pm theatre show performances and regretted not entering earlier to explore the massive huge place. The theatre shows are exceptionally intriguing and impressive. Highly recommended. Tips: If you are bringing kids, pls bring ear muffs/ head phones as the music can be too loud for them. This is an attraction not to be missed!

657***08From the city center, the most convenient public transportation option is the train to Jinshan North Station. There's a bus stop right outside the exit, and it's a ten-minute walk through the commercial area to the entrance. Many students from all grades visit, so there's no shortage of visitors. The wish for a direct subway line is probably just a dream for now. Although the surrounding area consists mainly of shopping malls, parking lots, and farmland, the park itself is of high quality, with pleasant dining options and a good variety of choices, making it worth a visit. After purchasing tickets on Ctrip, the information is automatically linked to the park's app, making it convenient to use coupons.

harper七七公主It's been a while since I last visited. They've renovated and added many new animals; even the white-faced saki has its own enclosure now. However, the overall number of animals isn't very large, and the animals are quite far apart. There aren't many interactive exhibits. There are also several new souvenir shops, and the overall price is rather high…

coconutsShanghai Happy Valley is an amusement park that seamlessly blends thrills and immersive atmosphere: by day, ride the "Peak of Heroes" ride, where the wind rushes into your throat during the 65-meter vertical drop, and the weightlessness from the twisting tracks washes away your worries; in the evening, watch the drone show, where colorful dots spell out "Happy Valley" in a shimmering glow that disappears into the night. At night, the retro high-wheeled bicycles glow like candy, with the words "Happy Times" embedded in the rims. Warm light bathes the autumn night breeze, attracting passersby to take photos. The thrill rides are hardcore enough, while the night view is just the right amount of sweet—whether you scream until your voice is hoarse or your phone gets hot from taking pictures, you're guaranteed a whole day of joy.
