There used to be a railway company called Nogami Electric Railway from Hikata Station in Hainan City to the trailhead station of the former Misato Town (present-day Kimino Town). The line was discontinued in 1994, and the tracks of the discontinued line became bypasses and cycling roads. The former vehicle was dismantled or returned to the manufactured Hanshin Electric Railway, but the vehicle that retained the appearance of Nogami Electric Railway was left in Kusunoki Park.
