A place with a mysterious atmosphere
It is a legendary place on the hill behind Sumaura Park in ichinotani CHO, Suma ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. This is historically an area known as the battlefield of Genpei and the battlefield of Ichinotani, and is considered to be the dairi site of Emperor Antoku, a tragic young emperor born with Tokuko Kenreimonin, the daughter of Taira no Kiyomori, as her mother. Emperor Antoku's place There were Antoku Palace and Mariko Benzaiten enshrined to pray for souls. Both are small shrines, and in front of Antoku Palace, there is a stone lantern dedicated by Morgan Yuki, and Shin ... right next to Antoku Palace.
1の Valley Park の Flower Bed に
North of the stone monument of "Genpei Historical Site Battlefront" erected on the east side of Sumaura Park, pass under the railroad track of the Sanyo Train through a tunnel, climb a twisted slope, and cross the square of Ichinodani Park. A stone monument called "Legend of the Antoku Emperor's Inner Ruins" stands on the flowerbed of the park. It seems that it is said that Emperor Antoku placed the dairi when he went west after being chased by Genji.
