The literary museum in the building is worth seeing.
Original Text
It is a magnificent building along the street leading to JR Kushiro Station. You cannot post it because you cannot take pictures in the hall, but there are exhibits of novels based on the local area. I took a long time to look around here. Of course it's free.
It seems that the old library was right above the flower clock, so it was good to move to spend the gap time until I went to the airport like me. There is also Kushiro City Literature Museum, which I enjoyed quite a bit, and the top floor has a nice view and a vending machine.
Facing the station front street, the 1 floor is the Hokkaido bank, so it's easy to understand. It was clean and equipped that I couldn't think of as a library. Even if I wasn't a Kushiro citizen, I easily put it in, so it was a meaningful time killing!
It is a city library that is located in the Shin Kushiro Expressway Silver Building. Although it faces the main street, the first floor is a bank counter, and if I didn't know it, I would have passed by. There was an elevator that went up to the library floor next to the ATM corner on the 1st floor, and even if the bank counter was closed, there seemed to be many library users.
A new city library has opened from the 4th to 7th floors of the building. There is a reading space on each floor, and there are seats that you want to relax. In particular, the rest room on the 7th floor allows you to eat and drink, and you can take a break while looking at the scenery of Kushiro City, and there is a vending machine for drinks. There is a convenience store next to the food. If you are not a citizen, you can enter the museum freely if you are browsing and taking a break, and there are many books about Kushiro and Hokkaido, so it is a good spot for travelers to take a break while walking around the city.
