[View] We started this trail and still weren't sure we would do it all. The whole journey was 19 km and it was a 9 hour walk. This was tiring, especially because even though the city and trail site we were in was a bit cold, the temperature tends to rise when the drop started. Finally, we have a lot of calories. It’s important to bring very energetic foods like Gatorade, chocolate and crisps. It’s possible to refuel with water at each site, so just refuel for the next 3 or 4 kilometers. Another important point is to carry as little weight as possible. On the way back, it will make a huge difference.
