　Otaru Port Marina is a yacht harbor in front of Wing Bay Otaru, a little far from the center of Otaru. Many yachts were moored and I thought it was a large marina on a scale. While we were walking on the quay of Mana, we felt the vitality of a marine leisure base, such as running multiple yachts returning from the cruise.

　Near the harbor, which is a little south of the center of Otaru, there is a huge commercial complex called Wing Bay Otaru. Otaru Port Marina is on the sea side. Many yachts were moored in the marina. We visited here on weekday evenings after Golden Week, but there were several yachts coming back from cruising, and it was fun just to see them.
